We used Advanced Window Tinting for all the south facing windows including our Florida room and a skylight in 2008. After 6 years with no issues we placed a call for a minor warranty issue with one window on Apr 7, 2014. The office staff were very helpful and located my warranty paperwork almost immediately. Bill returned today (Apr 10) to take care of it. He was on time and very pleasant to deal with. After I showed him the window he said he would take care of it no problem. Bill had the specific tint necessary for an immediate repair and the new piece of material matched the original perfectly. They use 3M products and they back it all up with a fantastic warranty. Watching him do the work you can tell he's a master at what he does and the work looks great. Over the years we have had several vehicles tinted and they always look great and never bubble or peel like you see on some vehicles.
