"(member name removed), Thank you for your review. We can not know that the system is broken unless people like you speak up and inform us. We apologize that you never received a call from the sales rep. The person who both got your message and gave you a follow up call was a receptionist that is no longer working for us. We have no confirmation that your call ever made it to the sales rep. Again, we do apologize and we would like to reiterate that the person who dropped the ball is no longer employed by us. But we do thank you for your review and for bringing to our attention that that particular system was not functioning as it was supposed to."
Todd came out and prepared a bid before and after the work was done to ensure that the new materials didn't change the original scope of the design. As it turns out, the gutters did change things. Todd and his design team came up with a unique structural design that allows the gutters to function in the corner space. By attaching the awning from the roof instead of the drip edge water can pass under the frame into the gutters. Once the awning was installed, there was some rain over-spray between the house and the awning. Todd came back out and came up with a solution to allow the water to be directed more efficiently to the gutters instead of bouncing off the roof to the space below. He returned and installed a custom flap of the same awning material and it has done the trick.
