+ -1 moreI don’t feel like I’m being overcharged. Their system is easy to use and they take care of any problems that come up. The people they send are polite, knowledgeable, and clean up after themselves.

+ -1 moreMy current system was inoperable due to a lightening strike. Other companies stated the entire system needed to be replaced for quotes ranging from $850-$1400 with mandatory 3 year contracts. Brinks also required a 3 year contract, but was able to retro-fit the system and installed their premium system along with 3 keypads and a heat/smoke detector for a much lower price. The sales consultant educated me about my options and how the system operates in less than a hour versus the 4 hour commitment required by the ADT sales consultant. They installed the system that day.
