My current system was inoperable due to a lightening strike. Other companies stated the entire system needed to be replaced for quotes ranging from $850-$1400 with mandatory 3 year contracts. Brinks also required a 3 year contract, but was able to retro-fit the system and installed their premium system along with 3 keypads and a heat/smoke detector for a much lower price. The sales consultant educated me about my options and how the system operates in less than a hour versus the 4 hour commitment required by the ADT sales consultant. They installed the system that day.
