GREAT!!!!!! I called by service adviser, Kahalil R. Mercado. He arranged for the pick up my Acura MDX, a complimentary loaner car was provided, the premium Acura 30,000 interval service performed, torque converter update performed per recall, power steering update performed per recall, performed 42 point vehicle inspection and did a complimentary exterior wash and interior vacuum. Mr. Marcado is now the Service Manager.

I had a truly awful experience dealing with these people. Classic bait-and-switch stuff which finally resulted in a heated exchange over business ethics. They advertised zero percent loans and then would not honor that. They advertised a specific discount price for the car and would not honor that either. My advice: do not waste your time doing business with these people. I will have my car serviced in the future elsewhere as I do not want to have any dealings with them in the future.

The pricing is cheaper than what I had them paying the entire fee. They have a comfortable waiting area. I have no complaints with the mechanics. It's a straightforward maintenance work, nothing too complex to be able to judge by, but the car still works.
