It has been weeks since the work has been “completed “and yet they still haven’t finished the job. They left a large space in need of repair I’ll apparently have to do myself. They supplied only two variety of plants. He recommended lava rock based on the color of my house, which they did supply. However, it is so spread unevenly. I will have to now buy a steel rake and go out and fix their mistakes. After complaining, about no border from the rocks and lawn, the owner himself came to install the cheapest black plastic border and look at the work. The workers he sent were very diligent and hard-working, but obviously did not have any design experience in the end. After paying $2400 for this very small job, I expected it to look at least professional. But instead, it looks like a DIY job. It’s very disappointing that they consider design as part of their companies name.

Emily and Dan were very responsive from the moment we called for an estimate. They made helpful suggestions and provided a typed proposal for the work. It was completed on time, staff was neat in appearance and we are very pleased with the result. We are going to continue to use them in working on our sprinkler system and the planning for the plants to replace those removed. We would not hesitate to recommend Acucut. They provide that professional experience that is so very rare today!

Three men arrived. They got right to work. They dug out the old bushes and plants, placed the new ones. They had me check the placement and when I was satisfied, they planted them. Then the entire area was covered in a deep layer of mulch. They cleaned up and removed all the debris and took it away with them. During the digging a sprinkler line was broken. The head man assured me they would fix it before they left. He repaired it and then tested it. It seems to be holding.

I came home after the first time they were to have done the yard, and found that they had only done the front and did not do any of the shrubs. When I called they said they did not do back yards unless the dogs were locked in the house and that their hedge trimmer had broken. I told them I was not going to lock my dogs in the house all day. They came out the next week anyway and did nothing, since I had already hired another service. They then had the nerve to send me a bill for 2 visits. After calling and arguing we agreed to an amount I would be willing to pay for their partial service. I can't discuss quality since they never actually did the entire yard, but if you have pets, get someone else.

Acucut helped us choose our new plants and then did a beautiful job of installing them. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend Acucut to anyone.

Fabulous job. They were early. They hand weeded every bed (and we have a bunch) and mulched. Looks great!

Due to travel we scheduled work to begin the day after our return. The crew was there early that morning, outlined the area and began removing sod and soil. Due to some yard damage last winter they kept some of the sod so I could due repair and placed some of the soil in low places in the yard saving me other landscape cost. The work was completed on time and I could not be happier with the results. We have used the patio and or grill area almost everyday sense completion.

They were great to work with and they did a really good job.  We got 12 of everything. I started with a deal where you get 25 or 21 plants for $650 or something like that. I did that like 2 years ago and the problem I had with that, is I only live here about 7 months out of the year, then I go up to Codd. We were working on getting this thing squared away and then it got to be too expensive, and I was downsizing. It took 2 years to do it, but we finally got it all done and I am very pleased with them. They stuck by me, I mean they gave me a credit for the originally deal. I actually got the price per plant to go down because it went up from $21 to $168, so they renegotiated with me the average plant price. They gave me like $650 credit, so it worked out pretty well. 

I put half down, then they came and did the job and then I paid them the other half. These 5 other ones that were not available, became available later, so they just did it this pass Wednesday 4/26/2017. Wednesday was the end of the job. Now, they still owe me one little plant, but they have been very good and it?s not a big deal. I didn?t really compare them to anybody else. What was funny, another company had a lower price per plant, but as it turned out once I got into it, they had a way higher price per tree and I had like 6 trees. I don?t know why, but the guy sort of backed away and said, ?I can?t really do it, we are really busy!? 

They were on time, every time they said they were coming, they came. I remember writing down that Emily in the office was a dream to work with. We worked on selecting plants and determining price and her husband Don was an experienced landscaper who worked very hard, as did his crew. I really had good things to say about both the principles of that company.
