We had three high-traffic areas, two with pet stains. Had used this provider before and found that the quality of work was excellent. The company uses a higher horse-power motor, which creates greater suction, thereby removing more of the dirt, detergent, and water. We believe that this is the reason that the carpets look so great. After cleaning, the carpet looks new. Another excellent job. Tech, Jake, did a great job, was courteous, and efficient with his use of time. Company is rated B on punctuality because Jake was running late from another job, but he did text to let us know that he was running late. Would recommend this company and Jake to any looking for carpet cleaning services.

I apologize about the fact he was running late as we do try to dial in the appointment times to the best of our ability but occasionally a client will ask us to perform another task such as clean some tile or a piece of furniture in addition to what was scheduled and we always attempt to please everyone to the best of our ability while balancing the needs of the next client.
