Acme Septic Tank Co Inc

Well the tank is pumped out, I think. The 3 employees were early on Monday morning. I had used this company once before. They and the owner went to the tank and said to my renters ( oh we've been before for you guys). They said that the tank was full of grease. One even said it was 20 yrs. of build up. Funny that this company was just out here last year. From what I heard the owner was very rude. All he wanted to do was get in and out. No service. He made my renters feel like it was there fault. He will never set foot on my property again.

When I contacted the provider about doing the job, as part of a pre-purchase exam of the property, he told me he could write an estimate about the condition of the septic, and how much it would cost to bring the septic up to code.  He ended up charging me almost twice as much as originally agreed, for a small amount of work, and then told me that he could not tell me how much it would cost to bring the system up to code -  but this was only after he charged me an additional $300.  Avoid!

Very well.  They called that they were on the way and arrived within the estimated time.  Went right to work and were completely done in just over an hour.  Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the importance of having the tank pumped every 4 to 5 years to add to the life of the drain field.  Will definitely use again.

They called my back on a sunday, while they were on vacation, scheduled an appointment and made several calls to assure all was as planned.  The follow up was amazing and truly appreciated.
They were actually able to repair my system and saved me the cost of replacement.  My home was built in 1989 so I was expecting the worst.  Truly a great company to do business with and they will have all of my business in the future.

They were very good. They were professional, they came out. I couldn't have been happier. They were septic exceptional. Everything was perfect with them. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I had the pump in my septic tank replaced. Acme has replaced it several times and they always do an excellent job.

THIS WAS RENTAL PROPERTY.....I CALLED ACME LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TOILET BACKING UP AT MY RENTAL PROPERTY. THEY CAME OUT SUNDAY MORNING AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. MY TENANTS AND I WERE VERY PLEASED!

 I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PROBLEMS I MAY HAVE THAT THEY WOULD PROVIDE SERVICE.

Very well; they arrived on time, were here less than two hours and worked hard. Good job; would definitely recommend them. Didn't try to sell anything we didn't need.

We called Acme to pump out our septic system and they tried to bamboozle us into a new pump as well. I knew we didn't need one as it was fairly new and the flow was fine. We called another plumber who came and did the pumping of the septic tank and all was fine.
