Roc & Maple did excellent & professional work to replace a fogged front dining room double hung window & a arch window cover that was under warranty from a previous installation. Not only were they efficient and easy to do this replacement job, they went the extra steps to re-caulk & cleaned where needed. Per our request - Roc happily gave us a step by step refresher demo on how to clean & operate the double hung windows too. Great job!!!

Joe & Colby did an excellent and professional job of removing my older doors and replacing them with a door, side light windows, & custom doggie door install that came out Perfect!!! Nicole & Doug & Melodie made it easy to research, design, estimate & schedule! We and our dogs are very satisfied with the entire project. Ace Door and Window had replaced most all of our windows and a few interior doors & will always be our go to for all our Door & Window needs or recommendation!!!

My 10 year old front door was builder grade and needed to be replaced. I called a few service providers and chose ACE because: - timely response to my request for an appt. - Victor was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in answering my questions of him, as well as asking me excellent follow up questions to make sure I was considering all of the details I should have been thinking about. - highly competitive price quote I was convinced I chose the right contractor based upon the follow up from Karen (office manager) and the gent who did the installation - sorry I have forgotten his name- who was also very professional, efficient and left my home in immaculate condition...which considering the horrible condition of the decaying wood frame, was a much appreciated accomplishment. I enthusiastically recommend Victor and his team. Your home would be in very good hands.

Victor Hale met me at my house on time.  He surveyed the project and gave me a quote the next day.  The installation did not take as long as I had anticipated.  The entire process was remarkably stress-free.  I would highly recommend Ace.

The door opens effortlessly now. Wish we had called them sooner!

I had called their office and Jen took my basic information. She gave me a bid based on our phone call. Then Joe came out to do field measurements and took the doggy door with him. We were told it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to get the door in. Surprisingly, they called the next week and said it had come in. Joe came out the next day with the door, doggy door already installed. Then I asked him to look at a three door slider that I have broken every finger nail on trying to open it from the outside. (We just moved into this house a couple of months ago). We were considering taking the sliders out and replacing them with stationary windows since you could hardly open them. He took the doors off and showed me single plastic rollers and replaced them with double metal rollers. I can now open those big ole doors with my fingernail!!! (that is if I still had them). When my husband got home, he went to open the door and I had to yell "BE CAREFUL"!!!! as he almost gave it the usual heave-ho! That part of our cost was only $250 and money well spent! Joe knows his stuff and apparently drives a well equipped truck. Thank you Ace....it has been a pleasure!!! (Now if I could get Joe to come on vacation with us, the resort has the same problem!!!)

As stated above there are still issues. They do not tell the customer line by line how much each item costs. I have caught them lying, and one secretary hung up on me when I began to really get tough on complaints. They had to call somebody from South Florida up here to do the job on the warranty work. The doors did not lock, and were impossible to move.Of course this was my fault they claimed. The doors move and lock now, but I really doubt I'd be able to get them back if anything else happens, without hiring an attorney.

They did a great job. The doors are super high quality. They also adjusted the hinges on our front door so it closes better - no charge.

We found out that specific type of ants was attracted to wet wood (old sliding door was leaking and there was a leak stain on the ceiling below). The new door was put in just fine-perfect job here, but the ants are still there. I wish they would have treated the wood while it was exposed during the replacement so we would be ants free. We had scheduling problem when they tried to coordinate with a professional who would repair a ceiling. But he still did not come due to a health problem. The installation guys tried to do their best to do the job for the absent professional (his part of work was charged on the invoice without being specified how much was the estimate for his part of job), but we were not very happy with the result. I think they should have just given us a refund for his part of job instead of trying to do what normally is not their field of expertise. They also should have called after job was done to find out how satisfied we were with the job.

Tech was right on time. He replaced the rollers on our sliding glass door and works like me now.

They had a good price, their own trucks, were on time, price just as quoted, and great install process.  I would recommend strongly to others and would consider using again, if needed.

The price was guaranteed and there would be no charge if they could not fix the door. The serviceman was punctual, polite and very particular. I highly recommend this company

My husband and I had this work done yesterday.  Victor, one of the owners of Ace Door and Window and two employees showed up with three trucks.  They are all craftsmen!  Joe, the person who installed our new french doors has been with Ace Door since 1999.  His expertise was evident.  Our old french doors were leaking, due to being installed incorrectly by the contractor we hired to add a new addition several years ago.  Since, we had this addition several years ago, we were experienced with viewing the work of numerouse subcontractors during the building of the addition.  The quality and care of the work by Ace Door and Window was superior to any workman we had in our home during the building of our addition.  I would highly recommend this company!

Fair price for the time period, came in a timely fashion and finished work in one day.

They did the whole track, and you can push it open very well now. They stuck to the price that they quoted, and repaired the screens even though we hadn't asked for that originally. They were very professional.
