Ace Air Conditioning and Appliance

This company and it’s owner Troy are unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone let their employees into your home. Their employee Garrett came into my home to install a dishwasher, and to cut corners he pushed my counter top up about an inch to shove it under the counter! This pulled all the caulking out from under our entire counter around the sink area! We called and let Ace know what had happened, and they told us someone would be back out. When Garrett arrived, he told us we needed to cut our wood floors to install the dishwasher properly. We then paid an additional $100 to have a handy man come out and fix the floor. When Garrett came back again, he was clearly upset as he said the “F” word over 30 times in front of my baby. He then proceeded to attempt to charge us for installing the dishwasher again (even though we had already paid him to do so), did not offer to pay for damages, and called my husband an a**hole when he told him he wasn’t going to pay again. The company offered us a full refund when they found out what happened, however a few days later we realized the entire island the counter is on had been improperly drilled into and was now dislodged from the dishwasher and counter. We called back to let them know what had happened, and Troy the owner called my husband to let him know we didn’t have any “evidence” they had done the damage and we could take him to court if we wanted our kitchen fixed! I am blown away this is how the owner of a company would handle business. Our kitchen is now damaged, thanks to these fine folks. My advice, stay FAR away unless you want to pay out of your own pocket for any damages their lazy employees might make to your home! When I posted this as a review, the owner Troy accused my husband, who just had lung surgery and has weight lifting restrictions of no more than 10 lbs., of being the one that adjusted the dishwasher after his employee had left our home and pushed the countertop up. Why would we go behind someone we had just paid over $100 to have the dishwasher installed and mess with their work? His story is fabricated, not sure if the owner thought it up or the shady tech that came to our home.

Fantastically! I can't say enough about Troy and his people. Troy and Victor had repaired a split-system a.c. unit in our Florida room. Greg, one of their technicians, had installed a new thermostat for me. So when one of the HVAC systems in our house needed replacement, I called Ace. They were so great to work with and even got me on the schedule earlier than expected because we had house guests coming that weekend. Greg, and the Ace installation team put in a whole new Goodman system for us in one afternoon. Ace gets my highest recommendation.

this guy was awsome. He explained everything to us and even looked up a couple of things on the internet. The piece is not made for the refrigator anymore, however, he repaired it so that the refrigator still worked. What an awsome company

The response to my repair request was quick. They came out the same day I called, at the time they specified. The service tech was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. It took a day to get the parts and he returned on the morning of the third day to complete the repairs at the appointed time.

Their technician was very knowledgeable and was very good at explaining things to me. He was very thorough, and he went over and above.

Fair, honest, and knowledgeable.  Would recommend to others.

Ace Air conditioning & Appliance is honest, straightforward and did a good job but I do not remember how much it cost me. What it ended up being was the drain pipe from the air conditioner were pulled out and the water runs off drains out bad, that was clogged up and they came out and cleaned it out. They were very, very good. The young man actually went a little bit above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I felt that they were reasonable. I think they came right away. I don't put names in my phone book unless I like them.

It went wonderful. Honesty, and integrity at it's best. Prompt service, assessed the situation , fixed previous persons mistakes, and had my unit up and running in no time, without needing any parts with a shockingly low bill . I will use Ace , and would recommend them to anyone !

The young man that came out was very professional.  He preformed the service in about 1/2 hour, and got the unit running correctly.  He even called the manufacturer to try and get some answers to questions that I had for him. He fixed the unit on a Friday monring, and came back to the house on Monday just to make sure the unit was still working correctly.  They were a little high (I thought), but I did not check around so I really don't know.   I think the service that he preformed must of had a standard price, as he told me right up front, actually before he even got into the unit, just exactly what the cost was going to be.   

I will only use people who are listed on Angies List and have good ratings.  I would definately use them again if I have the need ....... which I hope I do not.   I really liked the young man that did the work. 

We have recommended him to many people.  He is polite, courteous, and drug-free, and he makes sure everyone who works for him is, as well.  He does not overprice, and his business ethics are extremely high.  His staff is just as reliable and trustworthy as he is.  I wish he could fix everything in my home.  Our friends have had the same experience with his service. We would not hesistate to recommend him to anyone for any reason.

Ace Appliance did a good job. They were really great about coming out right away. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable. I just feel that the cost was a little high. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
