There was no problem with my AC system, it was a clogged drain line. Drain line sensor shut down the unit. I was charged 375.00. It was 125.00 to knock on my door and then 250.00 to unclog the line, which took less than 10 minutes. $250.00 to do this? I would have a hard time calling them again.

They were perfect. Came the day I called, tested the system and fixed the problem. I couldn t ask for any better service. Once it was working he tested the whole system to be sure nothing else was wrong. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!

They were quick to come out a few hours after they were called and were in an out in less than an hour. Unfortunately, there was still an underlying issue and they had to return the next day (no charge) and completely cleaned it out and it has been working wonderfully ever since.

Unbelievably satisfied! Tech came out same day well prepared and worked quickly. Advised me of the age of the unit and gave me written quotes on replacement as well as thoroughly explaining all costs. Quoted service contract which is very reasonable.
