Abba Construction's biggest asset is Tommy Novack, their Renovation Manager. He?s extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the same can not be said about the company as a whole. It quickly became obvious the communication within Abba, as a whole, was extremely poor. The sales manager, Lisa Goode, made our experience very difficult. More times than not, she was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate in her client relations. In our face to face contact she would roll her eyes, sigh heavily, and make comments that were far from incongruous. On three separate occasions, she quoted us one thing one week and another the next. Even though we had written proof of her original quotes, her response would be ?we?re disregarding that e-mail.? They also incorrectly measured our bathroom and the cabinets they ordered did not fit properly. Almost two months after Abba started our renovation, they?d only completed 1/4 of the job, and dropped us. Our second General Contractor treated us with integrity and respect. We got much more for our money than we were going to get with Abba. Abba Construction is a company we would not recommend using for your construction needs.
