Wade and his subcontractors were very professional when I discussed the project and when providing an estimate.  The carpenter, Rick, was very attentive to details we didn't consider when doing the estimate.  A written estimate giving the exact cost of the labor was given up front.  During the project, when we ordered the doors, the door manufacturer delivered doors that were completely the wrong size.  AAA took care of everything.  They returned the doors and corrected the order.  The doors that were supposed to be ordered were actually supposed to be slightly more expensive than the ones they made in error.  We did not see the difference in cost (not sure if the door company gave us the correct doors or AAA ate the cost).
The project originally was supposed to take a little over a week, but because of the error in doors, it ended up being three weeks.  Though many I think would blame them for the delay, mistakes are simply a part of life, and the manner in which they were handled was exemplary.  Wade did not blame anyone, and instead, he and his team made all the necessary efforts to correct things, and at the end, our quoted price was honored and the quality of the work was exceptional and well worth the wait.
The drywall, carpenter, and painting subcontractors seemed very detail-oriented and interested in making sure the project was completed to our liking.  Everyone was very responsive when we had questions.  Everyone was willing to work around my wife and my busy work schedules.  Professionalism in this line of work is rare, and even though the project did not go as planned, their professionalism was very evident.  I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future home improvement projects.

Wade Tiller, owner/estimator, has built a business using only the best craftsmen available and insists on attention to the smallest detail. I met with Wade and we reviewed the condition of my floors and stairs. My first floor is entirely wood flooring and it was in dire need of repair including the upstairs hallway and two staircases. My home is approximately 6,000 square feet and it was a big job. I hired AAA because Wade gave me confidence that he was prepared to manage this size job and he was also prepared to be held accountable for all aspects of the repair. We met with his wood floor refinisher and accessed the level of work necessary.
I was advised to leave the house during the job as it's best not to breathe the fumes. Fortunately, the refinisher uses equipment that practically eliminates all dust accumulation. This was a huge factor in my decision to go with using AAA. I have had this work done at another home and it took many long hours of intense clean up to rid my house of the wood dust. The refinisher also replaced floor boards due to a prior electrician's improper installation of floor outlets and an area of the floor that had been damaged by water. He made the repairs look seamless and no one would ever know the wood wasn't original to the house. In addition, I had a kitchen drawer that wouldn't stay closed unless I put a doorstop in front of it. Gary, the refinisher, took it upon himself to adjust the drawer and relieve me of my doorstop solution! I just loved how these guys wanted to take care of my home as much as me.
I highly recommend AAA for their level of detail, high regard for customer satisfaction, and quality of work performed. Wade's crew is incredibly knowledgable about the work they do and they take great pride in maintaining the highest standards and integrity. I liked that he was willing to negotiate the final price when the job took longer than expected and I had to stay a few more days at a hotel. It showed me that he took responsibility for the inconvenience and actually cared about how the project impacted my life.
You will not be disappointed with AAA Advanced Residential Rehab. Wade is always available to answer questions immediately and provide all paperwork upfront regarding costs. It was a pleasure to work with someone who actually keeps accurate records and provides punctual and professional service. He has continued to make sure I'm happy with the job and assure me that if I ever need any other work done he's always available to assist me. It's great to have someone in the business who is so concerned with customer satisfaction. Wade values his reputation as an honest and qualified businessman and his customers' approval as a marker of his true success.

Excellent.  I purchased this patio door from Home Depot approximately three years ago including installation.  Since then the door was difficult to open during hot/humid days.  I called the installer a couple of times and he couldn't fix it.  Home Depot sent someone from the manufacturer and it got fixed for a few hours.  At that point I gave up because I was able to open it with difficulty, and felt it was safer than for my granddaughter to get in the pool by accident.

But the door got worst and it was way past time to have it fixed for good.  I was afraid that I was going to pay a fortune thinking that the door frame would have to be removed and the reason the door never worked was because of a major problem with my home's structure.

Dan did things the Home Depot installer couldn't, he fixed the door!  I asked why no one before thought of the method he used to fix the door and he said "because I'm a builder." Enough said, it has been about a week since he fixed my door and I keep opening it expecting it to be back to how it was, but it swings like it should have three years ago.

Thank you Dan!

So, I can't say enough positive things. We had a very short time frame in which we needed the work done on our home before we moved in.  Basically all of the work had to be done within 2 1/2 weeks. Wade and his group managed to do this, be slightly UNDER budget/estimate, and produce a high quality of work. Everything was staged out well, and extra efforts were made to finish on time.  We have more work planned for the future and we will be using AAA Advanced Residential Rehab LLC again.  We are very happy with our updated home !

"Easiest customers to work with for the year award goes to..... you sir! Knowing what you wanted going in, working with Marilyn at Prosource to dial the options in, sticking to your choices throughout the project, and the communication between us, was amazing. I offered you a color coordinator/decorator guru named Natalie Cordova, and you said you had a good plan. Although I have to admit, I was a tad skeptical and nervous, (some plans take time to mature when learning, and changes after the fact can be costly) but I will have to stand corrected. Your project came out super sharp and well arranged. With your changes and adjustments working well in their spaces. The listello floor room border idea we/you had, worked out great with the dark slate finger mosaics, contrasting boldly with your Sandstone-esque look of the floor tiles. The wall colors complimented both the trim and doors and did not oppose nor conflict with the flooring or the new addition of interior semi-custom doors in the foyer. I really enjoyed the email and text updates throughout the day about the tile arrival, the payments to Prosource for the flooring, to Home Depot for the carpentry/drywall/trim/doors, and to our favorite, Sherwin Williams for the paints and supplies. If I had a quick question during the day, I could text it to you at work, and within 10-15 minutes you would return a text with the answer. It was almost like you were there, but not. You should start a business consulting homeowners how to optimize the efficiency of their home improvement projects. You folks were great. And having the roommate around to assist was pivotal on the logistics side also. It was a nicely played match sir, with two small blunders being corrected quickly without a single up-charge, re-estimate or unexpected expense or head ache. Keep us in mind for that master bath, I can see a "repeat-customer discount" somewhere in you folks' future. Thanks again, take care!!"

The quality of the work was outstanding. They showed up when expected. They were professional.  Were helpful in determining what needed to be done and explained the process in detail.  They assisted in picking out the colors for the stain and paint. They kept in touch during process with updates and determining how the project was coming along.

The work was completed in a professional manner.  There were a few slight delays due to the painters having to work around other tradesmen working at the same time.  However, the crew was flexible and worked the hours necessary to avoid interfering with other work being done.  The painting crew was top notch.  Any ares that were not up to par were self identified and repaired with no feedback needed from us.

The refinishing work on the cabinets also went extremely well.  The work began on time, and progressed smoothly.  The room was sealed off to keep dust and paint spray levels to a minimum.  The weather posed a bit of a problem since the cabinet doors had to be sprayed outdoors.  The crew kept a close eye on the skies at all times to avoid having the paint job spoiled by rain. They worked on Saturday and Sunday to make up for delays caused by rain, completing the job by the promised completion date.

We kept informed along the way of each days schedule and what was going to be accomplished on that day.  If there were any changes in the original schedule were informed immediately and  advised of any impact this would have on the overall schedule

These two projects were the second set of projects that AAA had done in our home, and we will definitely contact them again when we have additional remodeling needs.  A great company that always puts the homeowner first.

The work began precisely on schedule and the popcorn removal was done promptly. ?Humid weather caused a delay in refinishing the ceilings, as the drywall mud would not dry. ?However, the delays were communicated promptly, and every effort was made to minimize our inconvenience. ?The initial delays then resulted in delaying the start of the hardwood installation, which in turn caused scheduling problems with the flooring crew. ?In spite of the delays, the situation was dealt with professionally, and communicated as soon as it was identified. ?Ever conscious of the home owner experience, Wade did everything possible to ensure as little inconvenience as possible for us, including covering the cost of a hotel for the weekend due to the delays in getting back into our All of the work was performed to the highest standards. When the initial ceiling work was completed, before we had a chance to inspect it, Wade made the decision that some of the finish work needed to be redone ?and the ceilings repainted to meet his exacting standards. The wood flooring installation was not without it's own challenges and delays due to the degree of unlevelness of the concrete slab, requiring much more leveller than anticipated, and more time in prep work to ensure the flooring was sound and properly installed. ?The flooring crew did an amazing job and worked long hours (early mornings, late evenings and Saturdays) ?to get the work completed as quickly as possible. We were thrilled with the appearance of the work, and the professional manner in which it was performed. ?Delays aside (which were all due to weather and/or original construction) ?we were kept in the loop throughout the process.

First, this contractor was the only one out of the estimates I received that put the estimate in writing and provided a copy of workmans comp insurance. There was some minor initial disagreements over supplies, but that worked itself out. The contractor responded to all communications in a timely manner and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
Appt to paint was between 800- 900am. At 900am, the contractor called stating his painter had called in due to having to bring his wife to hospital. I have to admit I was vey irritated and expected a replacement to be sent out to begin the job.  Wade, called back in 5 minutes and I was told he was sending someone else out right away.  The painter arrived within the hour and proceeded to do a great job. cleaned up after self, ect. Wade, the owner, called several times during the day to check on the job and gave me a $75 discount on the total job.
I would use this company again.

I contacted Wade for a quote and he quickly responded by sending out one of his trusted subcontractors to review the scope of work needed. The quote I received was a little high and not too bad, but then Wade contacted me back saying he further reviewed the job and provided a better cost. I also asked for referrals and he quickly provided them. His clients I called seemed happy with his services so that was a positive sign! We had to delay the initial work but when we were ready to start the job I contacted him and he responded quickly and had the work completed immediately. We were very happy with the results of the ceiling and work done. We never met Wade but working with him was easy and knowing that he had the resources to get the exact finished work done we needed gave us peace of mind.

Great quality, thorough job, high integrity. I had called a dozen contractors to try and get ceiling repair/remodel completed and either didn't get answers or return calls never happened when promised. I speculate it had to do with a "Mold" issue that was part of the ceiling problem. Wade from AAA Advanced Residential Rehab was the only individual I spoke with who took the time to listen, and then advise what steps needed to be taken to ensure I didn't have a serious and recurring problem. He referred me to someone who did a fantastic job in caring for and treating the mold issue. Once that was cared for AAA Advanced Residential Rehap had earned our trust. We reached back out after the mold had been cared for to establish next steps. I don't mind paying for quality work and that is what we received. Very happy with all the ceiling repair and refinishing that was done. Thank you Wade, Jamie, AAA Residential Rehab Repair.

The provider arranged for a crew to be available to meet an aggressive timeframe which included shifting their schedule around.  The crew (2) was pleasant and hardworking.  The job was finished in time for our countertop to be installed two days after the job was begun. The walls were smooth and ready for painting.

I used AAA Advanced Residential Rehab as the installer for custom bamboo flooring purchased online. In short, the service was excellent and I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors. This was not (in my opinion) a small job-- multi-thousands of dollars in labor to install about 1700+ square feet in living room, sitting room, hallway, master bed and three other bedrooms. The flooring installers were very good, professional with meticulous attention to detail.

Upon first contact via phone with Wade I felt very strongly that he was the painter I wanted for my project.  After meeting and talking to him and then to 3 other potential painters I was convinced.  In all honesty when the estimates came in AAA was not the lowest, in fact he was the highest, but after having met and explained to Wade what it was I needed, I felt that this was the man. I also liked the fact that I purchased the paint and material, while not only saving the contractor's markup, but also being able to  take advantage of his professional discount - this was a win-win.
I was moving back to the beach from NYC and came down in late October for a week  to see what needed to be done to my condo, which I bought a year earlier after only seeing pictures. I needed to get a contractor started and wanted to be able to make my permanent move the third week in November, so I needed to have someone I could trust to come and go on their own.
After reading the many stellar reviews here on Angie's list I knew I could trust Wade and his crew to do that.
Paint -
The walls in the condo are knock down and a lot of the painting and re-texturing over the years was very obviously done by non-professionals and it showed really badly in some areas.  Without replacement they were never going to be perfect and I didn't have the time or resources to do it at this time but Wade promised that he would do his best to make them look as good as he could.
I couldn't believe it when I walked in to the totally completed condo.  It was amazing!  Looking at the walls you just couldn't see where the "bad" spots were!  Also the attention to the trim, which was also pretty bad, was awesome!
Tile-
The master shower floor was a disaster and I didn't realize it until I got there, it had to be done before I moved in.  Wade made his suggestions and arranged for a  tile man to come in and replace it.  Wade made sure the result was up to his standards, it's a beautiful job.  Wade also arranged to have the tiles throughout cleaned - another perfect job.
I also need to mention that the entire condo was as clean (except the tiles, which were cleaner :) ) then when I left it!
Wade knows his business and excels at it, his attention to detail is stellar and he keeps his promises.
Do NOT hesitate to hire AAA - you will not be sorry.  I will definitely be using them again.

Wade (AAA Advances Residential Rehab) was very professional. I originally asked for an estimate for a variety of drywall and ceiling work.  Then I realized I would need to scale back my request.  Wade graciously recalculated and sent me a new estimate within 24 hours.  I compared it to my other estimates.  Wade's estimate was a little higher in price, but, it was also the most detailed.   So, I gave Wade the go ahead to do the job and it was scheduled for two weeks later.  Wade was very upfront about the fact that he does subcontract out the ceiling work.  During our conversation, Wade made it clear that he only works with people who do quality work.  On November 3rd, Wade showed up with the two gentlemen who would perform the work.  Once they got started, Wade left and instructed me to call if there were any problems or questions.  The work was completed in approximately 2 1/2 hours.  Overall, the knockdown texture looked good, but there were a couple of gaps and finishing touches that I brought to their attentions.  They indicated that either Wade would take care of it or they would be back.  Wade came by later that day and did some caulking and finishing touches and made it look perfect.   He even did some extra caulking around my vanity back splash that wasn't a part of the original job.   I would definitely use Wade (AAA Residential Rehab again).  Thanks Wade...it looks great!
