I have a house built in 1900 , even though it's been renovated and restored in the past 10 years, you are still dealing with unusual plumbing issues such as an original claw foot tub and any replacement fixtures are special ordered, Russell from A-Z plumbing replaced the faucet that I had ordered to prevent a leaking faucet and shower. In doing so, was in some tight quarters behind the tub and he suggested the lines be replaced as the original plumber used the wrong lines. He had to go to two dealers that supplied those parts, he called me and ask if I needed to leave the house as after leaving one dealer did not have the part. He arrived on time at 7 am, (which I was happy for an early appt.). He was neatly dressed, very professional and just a nice respectable young man advised me what he would have to do to fix my problems. He replaced the faucet, shower and instructed me how to shut the water off from the city as the shutoff vale to my house would probably break. The replacement not only fix the leaky faucet and shower, but also increased the water pressure which we had not had before and this was due to incorrect lines. I realized later that I had written the check incorrect and called the office said Amy the receptionist said not to worry about it ( I shorted them by $26.00) I could not give them an A rating as there was miscommunication the previous day for the appointment.
