They showed up on time and started work on both of our cars, one guy on each car.  Everything was done as detailed above except I do not believe that they did a hand wax on the outside, more like a spray wax.  Then a week or two later I noticed that there were streaks in both of my front door panels.  I called and spoke to Eddie about it, he said that he would call when he was in the area to see what I was talking about.  I waited three weeks and no call from Eddie.  I called again after seeing their trucks within a mile of my house and not getting a call.  We got into an argument and I will end up going somewhere else to have the problem fixed.  I have since gone to another detailer and he said that they had sprayed something on the mirrors to remove the bugs and waxed over the spray that streaked down the outside door panels.  He lost my business because of his lack of caring to come back to fix my problem.
