They were actually early for the appointment to move us. They got everything done perfectly. Everything was so organized. They let me know about everything. They already called me to let me know when the moving truck was coming to my new location, so I was really impressed. They were so great. My husband's company paid for the services.

They were okay; we had a good move. I was not impressed with the packing part because normally you have a packing crew come in and pack. This time the driver and his assistants packed for us. I have never experienced that before and did not care for that. I would rather have had a bunch of women come in who know how to pack because a few things were broken; but that's part of the move. They did reimburse us right away for the broken items with no questions asked. They were here when they said they would be and the driver Theo was absolutely great. He was the best driver in all the moves we've ever had; and we've moved 7 times.
