We talked with the then owner of 5 Star Landscape Design. I believe the company has since changed hands, but they are still using his name on the website, and still advertising him as an employee of the company or a consultant. He came out and talked to us about the project and did a preliminary plan. He took a deposit of $2400 dollars, we traded a couple of e-mails, and we haven't heard from him since. Over the course of several months while we were trying to figure out what was going on, we heard that he went out of business, went bankrupt, moved out of Jacksonville. This past summer we would occasionally check on the website and call the phone numbers. Last summer my wife talked to the new secretary, who explained that they had been bought out although they were still employing Tony Evans. She told us that she would tell the owners and they would contact us. We never heard from them. We are still in the process of trying to resolve this.
Description of Work: We had 5 Star Landscape Design come out and give a quote on installing a swimming pool.
