Damaged bedframe- Sideboards to New King size bed. Damaged 85" Sony Bravia 4K TV Model XR85X95K - Screen was damaged on bottom right side of TV. Damaged 75" Sony Bravia TV Model XBR-75X850E- Only 1/2 screen is coming on for a few seconds than shuts off. Damage New L-shape sleeper sofa- Apparently the sofa was placed or dropped on it's edge and there is a tear on the bottom right edge of the sofa. *I have been talking with the Driver Ali Patterson who was present at the time of the Moving Day. He is well aware of the damages that was done and told me he would take full responsibility for the damages. Ali stated that he was the one who put the bedframe together and is well aware that everything was fine, he states that the other mover who brought the mattresses must have caused the damage to the frame and apologized because he failed to go back and check on the other employee to verify job was done correctly. The following day Ali Patterson returned after to pick up the damaged bed

It was easy at first, working with the customer service rep and getting the estimate for the move. I'm from out of town, with limited time, and helping my mom donate furniture to the family. I booked a small master bedroom furniture (5 Pc) move to a location approximately 140 mi away, committed and signed what I thought was a reasonable estimate/work order, and got on the schedule 6 days before the move. 2 days before the move, the service rep pleaded that management claims my estimate was underbid and tried to hit me up for an additional $400 and should he be commended for the honesty cause they could've just charged the addition cost if they made the move. Since I had limited time to request other estimates and wouldn't commit to their additional charge, I still hired their labor to bring the furniture from the upper level to the garage and figure out other means to get it to the requested location. As far as the two movers are concerned, they went right to work, polite, and put in effort for the oversized headboard they had to move. Upon completion, I got charged a $50 truck fee... which they did not use to move furniture from the upper lever to the garage. Hire with caution...signing an estimate/work order is contrary to their printed agreement and claims that they take "... customer service seriously".

Jawadâs crew did a move for me from Jacksonville to St Augustine. He service was prefect in every way. The price was spot on with no surprises. The crew was very experienced and friendly. I will be recommending them to everyone. Best move in 40 years.

I hired this moving company back in February and had a few damaged items from the move. The movers came to my home without any tools to break down the furniture and had to leave and come back with tools. They constantly argued with each other and pretty much asked me for a tip during the service. One of the guys used my restroom in my new place and did not flush the toilet leaving urine in and on the seat. They also took drinks out of my fridge without permission. Just to name a few. I put in a claim for the broken items and have yet to receive any communication regarding the settlement of the claim and follow up with any updates on the status of my claims. I would not recommend and would not advise anyone to utilize their service. I have been more than patient, and responsive and completed everything I was supposed to do timely to only get ignored and pushed aside with no resolution.

The movers were professional, hard working, and very respectful. They worked around my kids and the experience was just great.

They were impossible to get a hold of on a weekend move, and only about 33% of the people I spoke to seemed to care about the enormous failure that they had caused. The foreman on the destination side of our move was verbally abusive and acted completely unhinged. Our things were stacked incorrectly and unsafely, and several items have been broken or damaged (some of them priceless). If I wanted to replicate this experience, I could have hired 4 randos on Craigslist for cheap, and then called my ex-boyfriend to yell at me for free. Instead, we paid almost 10,000 for literally the worst experience as a customer I have ever had by a long shot. The owner of this business should be ashamed of himself, and make no mistake- any response seen below by him is a marketing attempt to get you to believe that he is reasonable and cares about his customers. He has my number and has not to attempt addressing any of these issues (aside from a $500 discount, which is essentially a slap in the face at this point). Run, do not walk, away from this company.

This company was prompt with great customer service from the first point of contact to the end of the move. I love their schedule flexibility!! I had a few obstacles that forced me to change moving times.. Robert and Dz worked with me to make it happen. The guys that did the actual move were very professional, fast and efficient. It was a pleasure working with this company. Plus their fee was very reasonable, the guys were prompt and statused me with their ETA on day of the move. I would definitely hire them again.👏👏👏😄😄

Horrible owner who was only interested in making money. His team broke several items, piled stuff up in a storage crate, did not handle clearly marked fragile items with any care. Had to hire new movers to move stuff out of their warehouse to my place. Last Choice Movers is a more accurate name for the manager/owner of this company.

Prices quoted accurate, no add one. Guys were efficient, prompt and helpful. Very careful handling.

Very careful with items. They used blankets and wrap to secure furniture.

I had to reschedule several times because my daughter's move-in date kept changing which they accommodated each time without complaint or additional charge and on the move date the movers arrived on time and accomplished the move without delay or costing me extra money. They were all very polite/friendly as well.
