Well Done Renovations

David was great to work with. I realized my siding on my rental property was so rotted that it was falling off at the touch. I didn't have the money to replace all the siding, and David agreed to just do the rotting pieces. He did a great job... replacing and painting the bad parts all along the back side of the house. He matched the paint almost perfectly and was done within 2 days, allowing me to have a renter move in the next week. I highly recommend Well Done Renovations!

His company, Well Done Renovations, is well named.  I couldn't have been happier with his work.  He was always on time and did the work as promised and on budget.  He is very skilled in many areas that involve repairs and renovations.  He did excellent work and  did nothing half way.  He did not take on work that he did not  feel confident about doing himself but did refer me to other service people who did specialize in the work  I needed to have done and they also did a good job for me. 
He is an extremely pleasant professional  gentleman and I recommend him highly.
