SURFSIDE POOLS

I use Surfside Pools, they're very good. they come every week to clean it.

I have been using the company for about 5 years. They are a reliable company. The staff is prompt and punctual. They also give great information about the pool and keep informed on what they are doing. I have had no issues with scheduling a service.

It went great! They did a great job. Showed up daily and they were good at keeping everything clean. Very helpful.

Although Surfside came out several times to and quot;shockand quot; the pool, they did not complete the job to my satisfaction. After the last shock, algae was still on sides and bottom of pool, and Barracuda was not running. I am left with hiring still another pool service to finish the job. I would not recommend this company.

They arrived when they said they would. The technician was very professional and the problem was resolved quickly. He stayed to let it run through its cycle several times to be sure that it was working correctly. This was my first time using this company and I had to change because my former pool repair had gone out of business. I am glad Angie's List helped me find a new pool company and I will use them again.

Jake and Chris were fantastic. They were prompt and extremely courteous. They took their time and explained everything in detail. As I was unfamiliar with this pool they were very thorough and even went above and beyond a normal inspection process to get me additional details of malfunctioning equipment. I will be inviting them back when we decide to upgrade the equipment in the near future.

Thanks for designing a pool that would work in our small back yard. You believed your design would work with our homeowners association the city of Jacksonville. We had originally talked with many other (less knowledgeable pool salespeople) who continued to tell us “It could not be done”. The other pool sales people told us to give it up and put in a “spool”, instead of a pool. We were ready to throw in the towel and to totally give up on the idea of having a pool. Fortunately, Bill’s knowledge and years of experience paid off for us. He was right ! It worked ! By the way, the lady from that competitor pool builder company later called us to ask us if we were still thinking about building a “spool”. We told her our POOL was already built by Surfside ! Boy was she surprised !
To the crew that did the digging and the framing up of the pool
Great Job ! We are not sure how you guys worked all that heavy equipment in our small back yard - so smoothly without crashing into anything. You guys really moved fast to get the job done. Also, … thanks for protecting our sidewalk. We expected our front sidewalk would be totally destroyed. We were pleasantly surprised to see the sidewalk still intact.

Thanks for the extra touches you directed your team to do when unexpected things come up along the way, like…
- the stone support on the back of the pool that you told the guys to add for extra support.
- or the last minute adjustment you made to find (and pay extra) for a smaller vehicle to
haul the dirt out of our yard – so that our fence would not get damaged.
Also, thanks for all the time you spent showing us how to use the new salt system

What a pleasure you were to deal with. Whenever we called with questions, you would promptly keep us informed of the next steps, pass on information to the team, and keep us relaxed and reassured that all was well. You reflect a cheerful, confident belief in your team, and it shows.
For the Paver crew – (we realize that work was “subbed out”)
Jeff and his team did a stellar job with the pavers. The paver team worked quickly and did a great job. The pavers where all sloped in just such a manner as to allow for great water runoff. Not sure how they do this, but it was pretty amazing. It looks great !
Oh, and one last important point. Yes….the final bill came in from Surfside exactly as we were told, with no surprises ! Also a very important point !!!

I know we probably left a lot of people out, but we could go on and on. We expected that this whole pool installation process would probably be a real hassle, with lots of problems. Instead, we experienced a professional team of Surfside staff, and some subcontractors, who all worked efficiently to move things along, getting all those city inspections accomplished like “clockwork”. Your team turned our backyard into a beautiful sight to see, in a relatively short time period.
In a day and age when sometimes things like: hard work, timely service, courtesy, and going the extra mile, are not seen, you guys “rock” ! Have some doughnuts on us !!!

Surfside Pools has been extremely responsive to any questions I have. They are really helpful and friendly. The pool is the highest quality, and they've treated it very carefully. It looks wonderful.

The man from Surf Side Pools Spas Service that I worked with was nice and knowledgeable. The crew was a little less knowledgeable, and less easy to work with. But over all I think it is a nice company.

Surfside Pools did a great job. Our pool is just wonderful. I also felt the price was fair. I would recommend them to others.
