I had never hired a moving company before. After checking out local companies near me, I went with Smooth Moves. I am so happy I did! I called to set my appointment up with Cindy. She was polite and professional. My movers were J.J. and Ethan. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are TOP NOTCH!!! I will look to Smooth Moves for any future moves, and I will also recommend them to anyone I know that is needing a moving company. Thank you for making my life so much easier with my move!

This was our second time using smooth moves and we have yet to be disappointed! Scheduling was quick and easy and the service was excellent. Jason and JJ are fantastic! They were friendly, efficient, and took excellent care to make sure my property was not damaged in the move and when placed in storage. They are a great team and made the moving process quick and low stress. I highly recommend their services!

This was my smoothest move ever. I have used many moving companies over the years. A year ago I had a horrible experience with a different company so I was very nervous. But Smoth Moves is completely professional. The booking process was quick and no deposit which is a sign you are working with a legitimate company. The crew was punctual, even a few minutes early. I have worked with companies that never showed up or were days late so this was wonderful. The movers Jason, Cary and J.J. knew exactly how to lift and turn furniture so nothing got damaged. Jason knew how to take apart and reassemble my dining room table so they could fit it through the walkway to my apartment. He pointed out how my previous moving company made errors in assembling my bed. I was totally satisfied and this will be the only moving company I ever will trust after many horrible experiences over the years.

Joe and Ty did an awesome job moving us into our 3rd floor condo!! It was a hard move and they were so great throughout the whole process making sure everything went in it’s place and were so friendly and nice. They were super responsive and even arrived a few minutes early for the move!! We couldn’t thank them enough and will definitely use them again on our next move!! Highly highly recommend! Gavin and Cary were my movers...They were WONDERFUL! Very professional and amazing. They moved everything out of one location quickly and quickly into the new one. We all had a good laugh at how fast the elevator doors kept shutting on them. I highly recommend these guys to move you. They won't let ya down!

We are so happy that we went with Smooth Moves for moving into our new home. Joe and his team worked with us to get the move scheduled and rescheduled when our closing date changed. During the move Matt, Marvis and Stan did an awesome job loading the truck and then unloading the truck. They used lots of moving blankets and wrapped up wood and glass furniture. They also took apart beds, uninstalled and reinstalled our washer and dryer. If you want your move to go right... book these guys! We got everything we expected plus a little more.

The company is a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, polite, very professional and extremely careful with my furniture (even the glass cabinet)! I was very satisfied with their service. They will do as little or as much as you need to assist you with your move, or basically just moving items from one house to another and not moving everything if that is what you need them for. I opted for this company because I used U-Haul and Smooth Moves as my movers, so it was very reasonable.

The move went extremely well, Gavin, Manning and Ty were outstanding. They were on time, actually a few minutes early and never stopped all day. The were very careful with our things, nothing was broken or damaged. Our home is newly painted and they were very careful not to hit the wall. We also have new hardwood floors and they took the time to put felt pads on the bottom of all of the legs of the furniture as they brought each piece into the house. We were going to do this later but it would have been harder for us, we really appreciate them doing this little bit extra to help us. They were also extremely patient when I couldn't quite figure out how to place the furniture in one room. They kept moving the heaviest piece of furniture we have until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Smooth Moves and, in particular, this team of 3 guys. They worked well together and didn't waste any time.

It went exceptionally well. Prior to the date, we had many conversations with Joe and Heather. They were always patient and were quite responsive. They inspired confidence in their services! On the day of the packing/moving, Stan, Kyle, and Donnie arrived promptly and throughout the day they were respectful and sought to please us. They did an efficient and very competent job in packing and moving. They displayed energy and wanted to be sure that our needs were met. They carried out the move in a careful and conscientious manner. The move was definitely smooth!!! Required use of the elevator, so not the easiest way to move furniture, but these guys were fast and wasted no time. Didn’t stop at all. Prompt and courteous, they’re more than helpful. Not sure where your pieces should go? The crew will happily move things until you’re completely satisfied. They even came up with creative and helpful suggestions. We have hired Smooth Moves a number of times, and always are happy with their work. Moving is NO fun, but Stan, Ty, and Kyle made short and easy work of it. Would definitely recommend them.

Smooth Moves did a really great job! They fit me into their schedule last minute and moved a kitchen full of granite which is super heavy and hard to move because it is so fragile. Most moving companies won't move granite at all and some will only move it if it is crated but the owner said yes and it went super smooth and made it without a scratch! Thanks so much for doing such a wonderful job and being so accommodating.

They did both jobs in record time (the second job was in the pouring rain) and were extremely careful with our antique furniture (that I was nervous about). They did a great job taking everything apart and loading the pods as efficiently and safely as possible and then moving us into our new house. I need to say that when I called to set up a day for them to come back and unload our pods they were fully booked up, but they made it work out and were able to come on the day we needed! I was so thankful because they did such a great job loading us up that I was scared to let anyone else unload the pods. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had the best team EVER! Stan, Cary and Frankie came at exactly 9am. They were all so friendly and made the process so easy! They were extremely careful with our items. Everything was wrapped and packed away perfectly in the truck. When we arrived at the new house they went above and beyond to help us get settled. They made sure we were happy with the placement of everything. They even went next door and helped my mother move one of her items! They were very helpful, fun to work with and made the whole process a SMOOTH MOVE!

I was extremely impressed with this company. They showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. They did an excellent job and in an EXTREMELY fast time.
