SHORE ROOFING

Very well. Tom explained what he would do and was able to match the old shingles perfectly (had to do some researching!) He showed up as scheduled. Job took a bit longer than he thot, but they came back next day to finish. Took great care to get all the remnants up and hauled away debris. I would call him again!

Quality and price un-matched vs 5 other companies. Weather and a few other issues caused delays in completion. Kept the thought that it's a marathon, not a sprint and in the end result was worth the wait.

They were courteous. They are good priced. They were fast. Maybe they could take a little more time cleaning up the area I guess after they are done.

The reason that I chose them in the first place was because they were extremely courteous and came out to help me when I had a problem with the roof, helped me coordinate the other services like drywall, painting, etc., and were also very helpful about helping me pick out materials that were the best quality for my budget and the best trimming for the roof. When I went to go and check on their worker's comp and liability, they had it all organized properly and were current when some of the other companies I checked into were not. The owner of the company came out and personally handed the certificate to me and even gave me the phone number to the company to verify everything. There were also a couple houses down the street who had used them in the past and they have not had any problems since.

Very fast installation; once they started the work it only took 1 day to complete the job. They were really good. They had someone come back the next day to remove all the trash. It was good that they did the work so fast because I had company and it wasn't disruptive to that at all. We just took for the day off, went to the beach and when we came back they were done.

Excellent price and delivery. A year later the roof had a minor leak near a vent and caused some ceiling stain. Shore diligently honored their warranty and came out the day after I called to fix the roof. It was rainy season and they wanted to make sure the roof was quickly fixed. After waiting a couple of weeks to make sure the leak was fixed, they return and touched up the ceiling stain so that it was not visible.
