A couple of their techs came and sprayed the areas that needed to be treated. The lawn is beginning to look good and no bugs in the house:}

They are a little pricey.

They seem to be pretty good. The service was pretty good. The workers are pretty good. They leave the area fine. They are always very prompt. I would recommend them to other people to use.

I have had excellent services from them. They take care of everything. I can speak highly of them. They generally send the same person repeatedly. So, you get to know them personally. I have no problems with them whatsoever. I have no negative comments about them. I have high remarks for Massey services.

This is my second review because I was just a  newly signed up customer when I wrote the first. We've now had their services for a full year. The service is excellent. When I cancelled the mosquito treatment the cancellation process was a little slower than I would prefer. It did require me to initiate two contacts.

They are great to deal with, and their service was what they said it would be.

I had bugs that I couldn't get rid of with the last pest control service so I went with them and they got rid of the bugs. I pay about the same as I paid with the other one. They are all right.

Because of an inspection time mix-up I didn't witness the inspection. We chose another previously used termite inspector because of the thoroughness of his actual termite inspection. We chose Massey for the pests because they had been personally recommended by 2 people. When  the estimate was a little higher than I had anticipated I did want to discuss with husband. Inspector/rep was a little bit less gracious than I would have liked. The prevention is fantastic. We had friends staying here 2 months They said that when they arrived they killed a dozen spiders in a time period, and now zero. I see spider webs that are started but never completed.  As soon as our PA home sells I want to talk to them again about mosquito abatement.

So far, so good, it's too early to see any long term results.

They do the job they are expected to do and I give them a B rating across the board. They are not quite as punctual as I would hope they are.

We paid for the whole year upfront. They are great.

They originally treated my house for termites five years ago. So far the service is okay. The price could be better. I haven't had any problems so far. They are responsive and punctual.

.I work with them on a montly basis and they are great. I recommend them to everyone.

We have an annual contract with them.  They come out about six to eight times a year.  We pay them in advance.

They come out to treat our grass. They replaced grass when it went dead. They will call to let us know when they are coming. We would use them again.

I have a contract with them and they come out quarterly.  They come out anytime I see a bug too.  They are very good, very prompt and efficient.

They take care of any kind of potential pests that you may have inside your home. We pay them $60 every three months. They are very personable. They go into great detail in explaining about their product. They are available when you call and they show up immediately.
