Real Estate is my passion! I am a third generation Real Estate Broker here in North Florida and I am continuing to keep my family tradition alive. Over the past seven years I have been involved in more than 400 transactions. I have Bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate & Hospitality Administration. In addition, I have previously managed a Title Company, held Mortgage Brokers License, as well as, my Real Estate Broker’s license. I am presently acting as a Broker Associate within Exit Real Estate Gallery, where I am a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. I am the Team Leader of “The Exit Now Home Team.” I specialize in listings properties For Sale or working with Buyers seeking their first homes, luxury properties or even investment properties. I know I can save you time & money when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Daniel Lewis is knowledgeable, intelligent and insightful. He has an energizing love for people and for his industry, and he is an expert on all aspects of real estate. He thoroughly knows the tri-county Duval, Clay and St. Johns area because he grew up here. He knows the future and histories of neighborhoods (i.e. they are planning to build a new road over there; this neighborhood is coming back, etc.).
