Greenfrog Services Inc Pest Prevention

We heard gnawing and scratching sounds at night and knew we had some sort of critters in our attic. We called GreenFrog for an inspection and they came out the next day. The Tech was extremely nice and very efficient in finding the problem. He explained in detail what was going on and gave us the information on how to solve the problems. We knew exactly what was wrong and what had to be done to get rid of the rodents. There were no surprises during nor after the job. What they said they would do, they did, not one thing more and not one thing less.
Follow-ups were scheduled for rechecks for any problems, but no additional problems nor rodents were found. They were punctual and never in a rush. Cleanup was great and we were completely satisfied.

Knowledgeable and punctual. They only reason I didn't go with them was because they were slightly higher in price than another company. They have complete coverage.

They have been very good about coming out and solving the problem. We've had a lot of carpenter bees. When we call them, they are out within a day or two. They are prompt about returning phone calls. They are very courteous. We pay them annually. We will renew our contract which comes due this month.

When I used them they delivered what they promised to and they are very professional. They were very pleasant and it was a very pleasant experience. I was a little upset that the price was not in line with the other people. I will use them again in the future.

They only have to come once a year. They are great. They come when they are suppose to and I don;t have any bugs. There is no smell because I have a dog and don't want to harm him. They were recommended to me from my realtor and I've always been happy so I've never really shopped around.

They drew a map of my house to help. He had great prices and a $1 million bond. He seems very trustworthy.

I called and they were able to schedule my inspection for the next day. When Bill came out, he was very friendly and personable. He listened to my description of the problem and then inspected the interior of the house, including the attic spaces and the exterior of the house. He determined the rat problem was isolated outside around the hot tub and explained what would be done. He then called and scheduled someone to come out that same afternoon to take care of the problem. Shawn, the technician, arrived that afternoon and took care of business. I was able to notice a difference right away. Bill explained all of the services they offered. Their prices were very reasonable and after the great customer service I received for the rat infestation, I now use them for our termite and pest control company also. Their customer service was amazing and the techs they have sent out have been very professional. I would highly recommend this company!!

We have used GreenFrog for over 10 years, and wouldn't think of using anyone else. They are knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, clean, prompt, and a lot more! We never see any live bugs in the house, and very few dead ones!

Green Frog does a super job. They keep up the lawn very well. They do all the edging and trimming and blow all the clippings off. I have been using them for over two years and am well satisfied.
