Jarrett is a very professional, efficient master electrician who first, via telephone, attempted to ensure that simple "fixes" had been attempted because of the sudden inability to get electricity in the master bathroom:  checking the switches in the wall panel control box, checking "reset" buttons, etc. Having eliminated those possible causes, he came out promptly and corrected the issue which had to do with the wiring of that vanity light bar. I didn't even know about the plug in outlet not being grounded, but he fixed that also. I would definitely recommend him - already have to a neighbor,  - and he will be my choice when I get the new panel installed.

The electricians arrived on time and completed all the tasks required for day one. They returned promptly, to install the pendant lights, once the drywall craftsman completed his work. The electrical work exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use Franklin Electric again.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew. They were very polite, very friendly and took great care and pride as they worked. When the inspector came the next day, he complimented their work. He took the cover off the electric panel and said, " There is a case of someone who went beyond what they were required to do. can't say enough about Jarrett Franklin - great work, great individual and all for a great price.
We had three quotes for our job and we liked all the guys that came in to discuss our needs; however Jarrett struck our comfort and then came in as low bidder (based on the work needed, this was a key consideration... not that low bidding is always so important).
Jarrett shared with us several things, including pot lights that we may find more beneficial than what we have (went out to his truck and put one in just to show us... he wasn't selling them... so it was above and beyond).
we will be using Jarrett in the future - very pleased with his knowledge, sharing, workmanship and price.

Everything is great with this company. They are always here when they say they will be and are easy to reach. They do not contract out any of their work and they did a terrific job rewiring my home. They stayed exactly on the estimated rate and were on task until the job was done. I'd been running extension cords from my fuse box to the laundry room. My home is old and way past due for updating. I was living in a dangerous situation with my wiring and they were extremely interested in knowing I was safe. They took such excellent care of my wiring needs that I have no concerns anymore.

Very well. Jarrett and his team were always punctual and always very considerate. They remedied some unexpected botched wired they found at no additional charge. Very high marks all around, will definately use again
