dock building
 + -1 moreContractor took money to submit for dock repair (one permit was FREE); took money for materials (never delivered); permit finally came back DISALLOWED but contractor will not return money. Has even signed a Promissory Note but refuses to pay; now court action being instituted. DO NOT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL FOR ANY REASON FOR ANY JOB. Contractor sometimes uses the name "Marine Structures".
