CUSTOM HAND PAINTED FURNITURE

Description of Work: I ordered 2 balcony chairs - hand painted with beach/palm tree design. I was told the chairs would take approx. a week and I would be called to approve the design before the chairs had a final clear coat. After almost two weeks with no call - I called and was told my chairs would be ready in two days and I would get a call tomorrow most likely. A week after that - still no call and I went by to see if the chairs were ready. They were completely finished (clear coat and all). The chairs are beautiful and so far we love them, I just wish the process had gone like I was told it would. The prices are a bit high, but I would like to think that the quality justifies the price. Time will tell - in the meantime I am considering ordering a table to match my new chairs since the end product really is gorgeous.

Description of Work: Have done business with Painted Furniture several times & were happy. This time, verbal contract for a porch type swing on a frame (No porch avail) to be delivered by 12-24. Swing by not frame avail by the 24th, said forgot(not written)Picked up swing on 24th with promise of frame by 2-5. Only beams ready by 2-5. Picked up & hired out the finish work.
