Coastal Heating and Cooling is the way to go. Our AC kept freezing up and not cooling our home. I was given excellent customer service over the phone with a fast response time for the same day. The tech, Will was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was good. Our AC was up and running quickly which is a must in this Florida heat. They are a trustworthy company and I would use them and recommend them in a heartbeat.

We hired their services from another state and were not present when the cleaning was done, but their customer service was very professional and helpful and they showed on the time and date that we scheduled the service.

My A/C suddenly stopped cooling overnight, which was a great concern since I had out-of-town guests scheduled to arrive the following evening. I called Coastal, who I've used before, and their responsiveness and service was all I could ever hope for. Terry arrived within about 90 minutes of my call to their office on a Sunday afternoon, and there was no extra charge for the Sunday callout! He was very polite and professional and quickly traced my problems to a bad capacitor. He replaced the faulty part and then checked the entire A/C system to confirm that it was working properly. Thanks to the timely response, skillful diagnosis and excellent service my home had cooled down to the desired temperature before my guests arrived. Coastal is the best--courteous, skilled technicians and a caring attitude toward their customers.

They were perfect. They were very punctual and very polite. They are very responsive. One of the units froze up and I called and they sent someone out right away. One of the times they have come out it was raining and they laid down tarp so that no messes were made. The owner came out at the end of the day and made sure everything was hooked up properly.

We have used Coastal Heating and Cooling many times. They have replaced the thermostat and we use them for cleaning. For the condenser replacement, I called at 4 pm, and they were here by 4:45. They didn't even charge me overtime. The are dependable, fair, and respectable.
