Jeff is a very creative, funny and committed to his work. He has excellent communication skills. Jeff arrives when he says he will and let's you know when he has other commitments. Jeff is very accurate on the length of time to do a job, he said a week and he was here for six straight days and was finished!! That was probably the best and most honest experience I've ever had with a contractor or landscaper. He was very professional, clean and thorough. He is efficient and very knowledgeable on plants and trees and sprinkler systems. Moreover, he is most creative with rocks, stones and water features to any backyard.
Description of Work
Jeff from Berkshire Watergardens provided a most exquisite rock waterfall I could have ever imagined!! It is a perfect feature to my beautiful stone patio. Jeff also, planted all my new brushes and trees around my entire house. He replaced sod and mulch. Jeff finished out this job to perfection and along with fine tuning my irrigation system.

Jeff is absolutely amazing at what he does. He took our idea and helped us map out an entire vision for the project which he then made a reality. The project has exceeded all of our expectations. The craftsmanship is phenomenal. He is a true artist. We are thoroughly enjoying his creation. I hope to post some pictures soon. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff. He also worked well with all the other contractors. It may sound like I am gushing, but I can't say enough about how pleased we are. If you are considering a waterfall/watergarden look no further.

I told him the larger vision I had (make me feel like I am back in the NC mountains) he conceived a design showed me how the water would fall. We met at the stonemason and selected each stone individually. He designed the lighting and landscaping- when the project was completed the water fell EXACTLY as he said it would. My neighbors were so impressed they too have had waterfalls installed.
Description of Work
built stunning pondless waterfall and installed all landscaping to compliment waterfall. I loved him so much we have a standing quarterly contract for him to maintain the waterfall and all landscaping associated with it and the surrounding area.

They are fabulous. They did a waterfall at a restaurant and my contractor knew them. They also put a waterfall in a clubhouse at a country club. Not only do I like it but all my neighbors are trying to figure out how they can get one on their properties. My husband has asked me to stop. The project went absolutely smoothly. They were right on time and right on price. He even did stuff above and beyond his scope. He could not have been better at getting me exactly what I wanted. It was a fair price. It was absolutely incredible for what we got. I'm from North Carolina and I wanted to look like I was sitting out in the North Carolina mountains again and it does. Everybody says it is amazing and it is better than a $75,000 hole in your back yard, meaning a pool.

I used Berkshire Watergardens to build the most incredible waterfall in my back yard that you have ever seen in your life.

They arrived on the scheduled day, although they were late (1 hour). The employees worked diligently digging the hole for the pond. It was difficult because of tree roots that had to be removed. The second day (Sunday) they were late again, but they stayed on task and completed the pond.
Description of Work
Jeff designed and installed a pond with a waterfall. The installation included water plants (lillies). The pond was was excavated, a plastic liner installed, and stones were used to build the waterfall and cover the liner. The pond included a skimmer and a pump.

He is a good honest man, who does excellent work. My rock patio turned out exactly like I wanted it to. I was very satisfied with the job he did. He got the job done in a timely manner. I thought the price was great for the amount of work he did. I would highly recommend him.
