BEACHES CAR WASH

I just think that they are polite, and friendly. The value is great as well. I have been going here for at least 12 years now. My husband takes the car here too, and has always been happy with the service.

e The car washes in general here are average compared to other providers in the area. I would like to warn folks about the air freshener chips they use, however. In my case, they put several of the air freshener chips in the car (unbeknownst to me) and as soon as I realized it (which was several days later), I removed them, as I do not like the artificial odor, which was quite strong. We have a new Audi SUV with leather interior and the fragrance must have penetrated into the leather and/or the fabric, and almost over one year later I can still smell the aftereffects of the fragrance that was used, and it is not pleasant. So my nice leather-smelling interior smell has been replaced by a stale, cheap fragrance smell, degrading the value of the car for trade-in or sale purposes.
A month or two after I noticed the fragrance lingering, I took the car back to them and asked them to give me an assessment of what had happened. I suspected that there might have been one of the chips still lodged in a crack somewhere. My poor review of this car wash is as a result of their handling of my complaint, which was to have one of their workers, (who was apparently the guy in charge that day) do a sniff test, make a cursory inspection of the interior and tell me "I don't smell anything" and to look at me like I was crazy.
As far as I'm concerned, they damaged the interior of an expensive car and took no steps to make it right. I do not patronize this car wash anymore, as a result.

They're the best car wash I've ever patronized! Fast, courteous, completely professional, energetic, no detail is over-looked and if there's ever any question, they take care of it pronto. One of the best reasons to frequent this location is their fabulous gift shop with the best cards in town, nice selection of novelties, ladies' bags, accessories and toiletries, and even books and CDs.

Pretty good. They have some shortcomings, but relatively speaking (as compared to any other car wash we've been to) they are fantastic! I like that they seem to be a bit more detail-oriented than other car washes, and I LOVE their gift shop. The $5 exterior wash is a regular thing for us--you can't beat it!

Very nice job on both interior and exterior. Only problem was they didn't pick up hardly any of the dog hair in the back of the car. Great little gift shop, as well.
