Did excellent quality work, replaced deteriorated rubber sole with leather. Dyed natural color sole black at my request at no extra charge. Did type and quality of work very hard to find.

On time and exactly the price they quoted ($35.00). I had previously brought this to an "A" rated luggage repair business I found on Angie's List. They wanted $90. The message was clear -- they did not want to do the job. I would have appreciated it if I didn't waste my time dealing with someone that doesn't want to do the work.
Atkinson gladly did the work on time and on budget. More importantly, you can't even tell there is a new zipper.

They fixed them and didn't even charge me since I had been there before. It took them a while because they had to find a special glue.

"Thank You for such a wonderful review. The rubber composition soles used in alot of today's footwear requires a different type of adhesive than is commonly used in Shoe Repair. Glad we were able to find a product that worked on re-attaching the soles on your shoes."
