They have had a change of ownership.  I have used them for ten years. 

He came over the day before christmas. It seemed to take him a long time for what seemed to be a simple task. He then stated that there was a leak and he needed to turn off the hot water. I did not allow him to mess with the hot water heater. A few hours after he left I called the place and spoke with the woman in charge. She was very defensive and would not listen to the issue that I had with worker.

Two very nice gentlemen arrived at our new home to replace water heater. Prior to them leaving the shop, a nice lady phoned to let us know they were on their way. I then told her about the leaking garbage disposal, so she had them bring a new one along. The two men removed and drained the old water heater. One installed the new water heater as the other man changed out our garbage disposal. Very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. I highly recommend Advantage Plumbing!

I have been with Christy's Plumbing company for 8 yrs for minor plumbing service and every time the came out they solved the problem at a reasonable price. They just merged with Advantage plumbing in Jax Beach but David, owner of new company who we did not know came out and gave us piece mind. Julie and Judy at the office were wonderful in relaying to team what we needed and scheduling.. They had a tough task ahead of removing 2 heaters from the attic. The last heater put in prior to us owning the home years ago left the heater in in the attic and added the new one. Now having all that weight in the attic was a concern for us, we had the old ones removed. They gave us a quote up front and were dead on. what they quoted was what we paid. They came up with idea to add boards in attic floor to make it easier to get the 50 gal tanks out. They were finished in one day and kept us updated on progress. Prompt, professional and will always call the, first for plumbing needs!

They do incredible work and are very professional. The price is fair and I am going to use them again.

Advantage plumbing responded within a day of request for repairs. Two technicians arrived at appointed time and quickly repaired the sink and water valve. Firm sent follow-up letter the next day thanking me for the business. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Very bad experience. Plumber admitted that if they found too many appliances should be replaced, the insurance company would stop using them.

Advantage Plumbing was excellent. I was treated like a valued customer, and they did a quality job. They did not tear up my house, and they did not take too long to finish their work. I would hire them for another job in a heartbeat.

Advantage Plumbing did a decent job. Everything works fine, but they weren't very clean. They made a mess including getting stains on my carpet. I thought they were fine, but they should try cleaning up more.
