Jim was very meticulous and he and his crew were very professional throughout the whole project.
Our agreed timeline was relaxed but they were always notifying me when they would be around next, what had been completed and what was next up.
One minor issue I noted to myself to point out to Jim when he came by again and the next day he apparently had already come by and had his crew fix the issue. Psychic? Who knows, but the guy seems to look at his projects as if it were his house being worked on and that's always good thing.
The project was completed to mine and my wife's satisfaction and he is the first contractor I would call for any future projects.
