TV Repair
The person they sent out is not a computer technician. He may know how to repair televisions, but my situation is my computer. He did not know how to check the hard drive for issues. When he returned with an optical drive which was incorrect for my All in One Desktop, he removed the entire back as well as the silver inner shell of this computer just to attempt to replace this drive. This was not necessary, but he did not know this. Have not heard from the company about getting the correct drive. They did send a message for me however to get in touch with Angie's list. I have gotten in touch with Sony informing them of this situation. I was told that I must stay with this company because they received the order. I will not have them back out to my computer, is to expensive for someone that doesn't have the training. Haven't heard from the company to inform them of my decison. No thanks

TV Repair
He wound up taking the tv to his premises, did several tests and determined it would not be worth fixing. He kept the tv for parts and called it a deal. He was very thorough explaining everything he had found. Very professional.

Michael, the A-Home service technician arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem and had everything working in 10 minutes. He only charged me for he basic service charge.
I found him very professional and expert about television and entertainment systems.
