904-GET-TVDR

Our first call to 904-GET-TVDR went very well, and the technician arrived as scheduled to diagnose our problem. We subsequently made another appointment to have the actual work done, and received not one, but THREE email confirmations that the tech would appear at the CONFIRMED date and time. After seven phone calls (not ONE of which was answered or returned) and two emails (ditto) during the two hours following the supposed time of the appointment, we SILL had heard NOTHING from anyone connected with 904-GET-TVDR. When I finally did get someone on the line (our eighth phone call), all I got was excuses followed by the contention that I had booked the appointment incorrectly (!!??!!?). How does THAT work? You pick a time and date, press enter, and that's it! Even if such a thing had happened (which I don't for a minute believe), Ariel or one of her employees still had plenty of time to contact me and let me know if everything wasn't proceeding as arranged. This is the sort of thing that gives the service industry a bad name, and it's the end for us. We'll find a TV repair company that practices the dependability and service that 904-GET-TVDR TV Stereo Repair preaches.

For the past 7 years I have enjoyed my Mitsubishi 65and quot; DLP TV. However disaster stuck when a lighting strike entered through the Cable TV line and damaged the mother board. By the way, they don't make DLP sets any more and parts are hard to find. I did a search on my PC and selected and quot;904-GET-TVDRand quot; in Jacksonville just up the road from my home. I made an appointment for a tech to check out the set. At first the color wheel was thought to be causing the picture color mix up seen on the screen but after more testing the mother board became the culprit. Now where to find one? Fortunately 904-GET-TVDR cornered one in California and suggested I purchase it and call them to install it. After the installation the tech discovered the old mother board was not the correct on for my 65and quot; but was a board for a 57and quot; model. In addition they had suggested I get a HDMI cable to connect to the Cable box instead of using the RCA cables I was using. When all was connected: POW - A FANTASTIC HD PICTUR JUMPED ONTO THE SCREEN! I can't thank 904 - GET-TVDR enough for the professional way they went about solving the problem and finding the correct board I needed. They were honest and fair about the cost and went out to find what I needed. They didn't drop me because parts are so hard to find. If they had dropped me I was looking at a $2,300 replacement.
