What should have been a simple hook-up was complicated by misinformation that I received from the person who installed the irrigation system. This necessitated some trouble -shooting by Windy Day, who stuck with it until everything was the way it was supposed to be. The work was done very professionally, all the people from Windy Day are very friendly and courteous, and they always cleaned up after themselves.

This was Windy Day's third trip to our condo.  They had already moved the pipes to allow the installation of a new vanity and installed a new shower head.  This last problem was a result of a little DIY work gone bad.  We called desperate because the water in the bath was  now pointed toward the wall.  They came the next morning and fixed the problem in their usual efficient and professional manner.

The work that they provided was excellent. They are very professional and they showed up on time. They got the bill to me in a reasonable amount of time.

On time, courteous, friendly and dedicated. One late Sunday night while I was out of town! the septic backed up and the downstairs drain overflowed. My wife had her hands full, literally and Windy Day came in to save the day to say the least.

Lee came to the house, on time and happy to help. This is not the first time he has been to our house and he is always pleasant & professional. This is why we always call Windy Day for our plumbing issues.

On my first call to Windy Day Plumbing, Chris answered and said she'd check availability and call back.  Within the hour she got back to us and said Lee would be coming out and would call before he left Tavernier, the adjoining town.  As promised Lee called about 20 minutes before he arrived.  Before he got to work he said a simple snake out would cost $110.  The clog was extremely serious but he kept at it for almost 3 hours and finally dislodged it about 52' from the kitchen sink.  He charged us $165 which I thought eminently reasonable.  The drain appears to be running fine and Lee could not have been more competent or professional.  I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
