Rex Air did an excellent job of assessing our needs and meeting them at a reasonable price.  Due to the poor performance of another company, we were left without air conditioning as temperature and humidity were beginning to rise.  Rex Air sent out a representative right away to determine what the problem was.  The problem was found and we were given several options to resolve it.  I felt the rep was honest and forthcoming about the options and how Rex Air could help.  When the service technicians came to do the work later, they did an excellent job without complaining, particularly with a difficult to access air handler (in the attic).  I would definitely recommend this company and/or use them again in the future.

Central air stopped working suddenly late Friday afternoon. Rex was here in 15 minutes, replace the broken fan motor..that he had in stock and on his truck. We were up an running perfectly in an hour. Every bit was a delightful and stress free experience. Office staff lovely and responsive as well. Perfection!!

Representative serviced my A/C.  Only took about 20 minutes.

Arrived within the hour, found problem with thermostat and replaced with new unit.
Scheduled a time to return for a complete annual inspection.

Rex had in temp working in about an hour. Part came in the next day and he returned and permently fixed AC.

Good experience from initial phone call to finished job. 

They were unable to repair the unit and so we quote for replacement.  I am not sure if I will use them or not to replace the unit. 

Rex Air gave us the very best estimate for a new a/c/heat system in our home. They showed up on time (the day of Christmas eve no less!!!!), did the removal of old unit and install of new unit efficiently, professionally and in a friendly manner. The two guys who showed up, Tom and Joe, really knew their work, and were just great. We got a tax credit on the unit, which offset the price too. Rex Air's estimate was about 1/2 of every other company we called. And, our electric bill has dropped in half!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this company, hands down!! And ask for Tom and Joe to do the work!! :)

Our AC crashed just as it started getting hot. We called the company we had been using for 25 years who told us we had a leak in the compressor, it could not be repaired, and we would have to replace it at a cost of over $3,000. We then called Rex Air. Rex came out, looked at it and had it fixed the next day. It has been months and his weld is still holding. I ALWAYS recommend Rex Air.
