We called for an estimate and they came immediately. The estimate was approximately $700 and work was scheduled for the next day. The team arrived on time and finished in about two hours completing all of the required work with the exception of one outlet would be too close to the bath tub. Final cost came in well below the estimate. The only problem we had was getting the final bill. The technicians had the wrong apartment number so it took a few calls back and forth to resolve the problem. We later found that one of the receptacles in the bathroom that we thought was replaced was not when the main circuit blew. We believe this was simply a misunderstanding but thought it should have been obvious since we were upgrading the service.
