I contracted Fabel Brothers to do my mandatory sewer connection several years prior, giving them a deposit at the time. My hook up required coordination with a paver company and as it would be quite costly, I delayed until I had the cash in hand. I must admit that after giving Fabel Brothers the go ahead, it took them a couple months to start the connection. I was not under a deadline, so I didn't find this an inconvenience.
They coordinated perfectly with the paver company. The work was done on time and with great care and precision. As Nick, the Bobcat operator would dig and a paver accidentally fell into the trench, another worker would quickly retrieve it and stack it safely aside.
The connections were made and inspections were passed on the spot.
I had three estimates: $5700, $3500 and Fabel Brothers at $2500. I did not choose them by price, but after seeing their quality of work on other properties. After seeing the trenching work of other companies in the neighborhood, I was glad I chose Fabel Brothers.
