A-Able Locksmiths

I can honestly say that I have never had a lock literally fall apart on me before; the entire mechanism came out with the key and springs and pins came falling out with it. Not a good thing at 6:30 at night, soaking wet from the beach and house full of hungry kids and guests. Luckily my husband left a window open which he wiggled through (good thing he had lost some weight otherwise I would have been calling a locksmith and fire rescue), so we were able to get in.

I called A-Able and they actually took the call after hours which surprised me. The owner Adam was extremely courteous as I explained our problem. He offered to be here at 9am on a Saturday morning. Now as much as I love the Keys, it definitely functions on its own time schedule much of the time so you have to be prepared to just wait sometimes (really that should be said for South Florida in general)... NO WAITING HERE!!! 

He was at our door at 9am, finished by 9:30 and very reasonably priced. 

I should not be shocked by courteous, timely and professionally done services in Miami or the Keys, but after forty something years, I just am, so when someone gets it right they deserve the kudos.

Came out promptly and did work.

We purchased a new condo in Marathon and were on a limited time schedule with closing and needing to return home. Adam from A-Able was able to accomodate us quickly given our time restraints. He showed up promptly, was professional and performed the work in an expert manner. We would hire him again for any locksmith needs.

Great. Came out, called on his was on his way. Asked for proof of ownership of vehicle. BAMM key was made

The day before we were supposed to head back home, I called The owner, Adam,. He was out to our place by 11, and made a couple calls. He was able to get some codes and cut me a key that works. He also made sure to get me a spare key too.
