Tinsley Electric crew were professional throughout the entire process. Although we encountered delays due to pandemic, they did the their best to move things along. Everyone representing Tinsley Electric were skilled, prompt, and polite. We are very pleased with the finished project. In 2005, Tinsley had installed a transfer panel for us to use a portable gasoline generator. When we upgraded to the Generac in 2021, they graciously transferred everything to our sons home. A great job was done all the way around.

It went quite well, the only problem 9is the light exchange was not completed properly.

We needed new electric circuit box to get house insurance.  The work was done thoroughly and efficiently.

Steve was prompt and he did an excellent job. I had just purchased the house, and he found a live wire in the attic crawl space, which was taken care of. Access for the ceiling fan was difficult and more time consuming than planned but he accomplished with no complaints and as I wanted. Jesse came and patched up the holes where the conduits were routed. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished, and I am one very happy customer.

Very pleasant, technician was very professional. New detectors weren't anything special but learned the hard way to pay more for licensed pro even for the small stuff. I will call them in the future. They were prompt.

I lost power in part of my home.The circuit panel indicated that all the breakers were on.I called Tinsley Electric at 8 AM the next morning and spoke to Cinda.I explained the problem and she said they would get right back to me.Within 20 minutes,Chris,one of their electricians, called to verify the problem and my address and said he was on the way. He tested all the breakers and replaced the faulty one which had caused the problem.Chris was pleasant, efficient and professional .Later that morning ,I received a follow up call from Cinda to be sure everything was OK.Terrific customer service ,could not have been happier.We have additional work to be done next month and plan to use  Tinsley Electric and request Chris as well.
