 + -1 moreHighly recommended. Would definitely call them again. Very professional and courteous and the technician called a couple of times to let me know time he would be there and there were able to come out same day.
Description of Work: Scott - a super guy - diagnosed and replaced bad lower thermostat and 11 year old hot water tank is working fine.

Description of Work: We had a new dishwasher installed. The first serviceman did not install the dishwasher correctly. When I called to complain, Tim came out himself and corrected the job perfectly and made arrangements to correct the payment. We have used TIM HERNDON PLUMBING several times before and always been extremely pleased with the service. We will continue to use TIM HERNDON PLUMBING in the future. They will fix the problem or correct the problems.

 + -1 moreThey plumber promised to call the next day with a job estimate. Never called me. Never heard from them again. We called them twice. None of our calls were returned. We waited two weeks before deciding to call someone else. First visit, they show up on time and seem very professional. Then you never hear from them again. No phone calls returned. Dont waste your time.
Description of Work: Arrived to see what work we wanted done. Stayed about an hour. We wanted some plumbing done.

 + -1 moreI called on Thursday or Friday to set up appt. Woman that answered phone was very pleasant. Told me that he had some other jobs in the morning and he would call when he was on the way. He called and was at the house at the estimated time. Tim was very polite. Time frame was very short and they work great.
Description of Work: he replaced all the inside parts in two faucets.
