Simply Septic Inc

Simply Septic was fabulous in all respects: Came out immediately when called to check septic.  Explained in detail what work they would do and why. Explained all options. Handled getting permits with Health Department.  After Health Department came out, Simply Septic put in new drain field, using the best quality new drains.  Every step of the way Simply Septic explained and showed what they found and what was being removed and replaced. Health Dpt. re-inspected the work when done, and then Simply Septic came out and finished putting the property back into the perfect shape that it was in when they came out. Simply Septic is owned by George Mullis.  George Mullis was the person who I dealt with at all times.  He is pleasant, professional, goes out of his way to make sure that the customer understands everything and is satisfied with the job. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with George Mullis and Simply Septic.   I had telephoned three or four other septic companies before I decided to use Simply Septic, and their prices are all about the same.  After speaking with one or two other companies before calling Simply Septic, I found the companies to be uncourteous and unpleasant.   After these calls, I asked my neighbors if they ever had any dealings with a septic company.  My neighbors (3 of them) said they dealt with Simply Septic in the past and were quite satisfied.  So I then called Simply Septic.  And I recommend them highly.

Work done in a very professional manner. No time wasted. Continued to explain exactly what he was doing at each step of the process. Pleasant demeanor, no hype. Was a pleasure to watch him use a backhoe with great expertise.

The staff arrived and marked the septic field while we were gone on errand... and answered any questions we had later by phone. The staff came back and let my husband know that the problem was water backing up was a filter that could safely be removed. All is draining well, and our septic is "healthy". We have not had a major issue yet. However, it is a service like this that works hand-in-hand to prevent the big problems, and that we feel we can trust when the time comes that major septic issues must be addressed.
