When we moved to this new neighborhood. Bobby hired people go around houses and sell his water system. We were being naive and signed up the contract. During the installation, he made some inappropriate jokes every 5 minutes, it was so annoying. For our yearly scheduled checkups, we mentioned that there are some black stuff coming out of the faucets and bowls. He used his test tube showing us that everything is clean. Things continue getting worse. He told me that I need to clean the toilets and bowls more often. I started questioning his answers and the quality. I wanted to schedule a in person meeting with him and another water company. He was the one who always had issues and rescheduled several times, finally he accepted the appointment but was NO SHOW. I spoke with him on the phone , he used car dealerships as an example: when you bought a car then turn around you fall in love with another one. It is too late. Basically what he said was the sale is a done deal and it was too late to change anything. We paid 8k for the garbage. Months later his associate Linda called to schedule a yearly checkup again. I told her not to call me anymore. If he doesn’t want to solve the problem from the bottom, no need to show up with his test tube again. Today we had a professional look at all the equipment that Bobby installed. The technician commented “ no wondering it is not working. Wires were hooked up wrong. Wrong kind of drainage hose. We were told that’s why it was not working properly. No more solicitation. No more scam.

Terrible. This company are lying cheats. They threw salt from our old water softener on our grass and killed our St Augustine grass. They refuse to repair it.

He did a great job at cleaning out the dirty iron filter container and told me what chemical to purchase to keep my water clean from now on.

It went fine except we chose to make payments and their bookeeping system got messed up so we had to keep showing through our bank statements that our monthly payments were paid.. It was a hassle.
