Brian arrived with his crew at the appointed time and before beginning work reviewed with me again what work was to be performed. Brian himself cleaned the roof while two of his crew cleaned the soffits, gutters and downspouts and the remaining member of the crew pressure cleaned the driveway, sidewalk and pavers. Just one of the things that really impressed me about Pro Pressure Clean, besides the normal expectations you have of those performing a service, is how Brian and his crew go above and beyond what they have contracted to do. In my case they also cleaned the side garage entranceway, the edging around the pavers at the entrance to the storage building and cleaned the double garage door, none of which was noted on the contract. All of them displayed great care to not do any damage to my shrubs and lawn. Brian really impressed me with his desire to ensure the job was completed to my total satisfaction by conducting multiple inspections of the parts of the job performed by his crew. In addition to doing a really fine job, they were a pleasant, hard working crew. When they were finished, I could see how fitting his company motto "Fall in Love With Your Home Again" was as my home did look again fresh and clean like it did the day I bought it! You may find someone to do the job cheaper but you won't find anyone to do the job better than Pro Pressure Clean. I would recommend them to everyone that needs this type of service.

Brian and his crew were very professional, efficient and pleasant. Brian came prepared for our initial meeting, which was to get an estimate on the cost for this job. He showed us all the necessary paperwork to put our minds at ease regarding licensing, insurance, pre and post photos, etc. He gave us an immediate estimate on paper, and we arranged a time for the next day. On the scheduled day, he called and asked if

Brain and his 2 man staff arrived on time, they did an excellent job getting rid of all the mold. The work was done in 2 hours. He is very helpful with any questions we asked. We will use them again soon to do the driveway, our neighbor saw the finished project and asked for an estimate on work she needs done. The price was more than fair for the work completed. As mentioned in previous reviews, Brian is outstanding to work with. He showed up on time, the day of the free estimate and on the actual workday, put everything in writing and did a fabulous pressure washing job. But what a lot of reviews don't tell you is how Brian goes the extra mile to do whatever needs to be done. During the gutter and soffit cleaning, he also scrubbed and cleaned my pvc flag pole holder and my side garage door. I didn't follow him around the house, but could see that he did quite a few extra things (for free) that were not on the contract. At the last minute I decided to add the back cobblestone patio to the pressure wash list and didn't have time to clean off my patio. I saw his crew jump in and quickly move things like the large bar-b-q, and large containers holding my tomatoes and azaleas Then, when the work was done, he put everything back. And the patio now looks brand new! All this and he also gave me a discount on the price of the patio cleaning - WOW!!

I first had them treat/clean the black streaks on the roof/soffit/gutters and the Owner was so professional... showing up exactly when he said he would with a full team of 3 workers who were all professional and friendly. So, today (a month later) I contracted for them to clean/pressure clean the Lanai cage, driveway, entry & sidewalk and again I was very impressed with the Owner (Brian) knowledge of how to treat/clean all areas. They again showed up on time and completed the job within his time estimate. I have in the past had the pool deck/lanai cleaned and NEVER before has it been so sparkling clean. They even hand cleaned the ceiling fan on the Lanai. The house exterior needs painting & Brian will return to pressure clean the entire exterior prior to the Painter arriving. Brian promptly retuned my email with a phone call. We setup a time to meet at my house to go over what I was looking to do. Brian showed up right on time and was able to give me a price before leaving. I thought it was a very good price for everything I was looking to have done. He was also able to fit me into his schedule before my company was to arrive. Today Brian and his crew arrived at 8:00am as agreed and they went right to work. Everything was done just as we had agreed cleaning the soffits, gutters, pool cage, screens, pool deck, part of the roof, stonework and driveway. They also sealed the cracks in my driveway and sealed the deck around the pool. Excellent job!

Excellent. Owner arrived within a day of the time I called him to make an estimate. Once accepted, he scheduled while on site. Crew (including the owner) arrived as scheduled and went directly to work. It was obvious that each person knew his responsibilities and performed them well. I had called to have my driveway, entry way, pool deck, and gutters cleaned. I wanted to have it done before Christmas. Unfortunately they were booked until after Christmas so we agreed on a date after Christmas but before new years. I recieved a phone call from Brian telling me he had a cancellation and would be able to do what I needed prior to my visitors coming in to town. He came out on the 18th or 19th of December and did an excellent job of all, They arrived early,, worked hard,and were very enjoyable to deal with . They were so helpful I had them come back for a second time today, for other miscellaneous things I needed done, and of course they did another excellent job. I have found Brian to be dependable and honest as well as offering the services for a reasonable price. He has made it easy to trust in him, and I am finally getting things done that I have put off for many months. What he can't do he has referred me to others that can. He was referred to me by one of my friends, and I have no regrets. I'm planning a a third visit in a couple of months for more work that needs to be done. Things are definitely shaping up around here thanks to the dependable and friendly service provided by Pro Pressure Clean.

He and his 2 workers, who were both conscientious, and under Brian's careful supervision, got right to work in a systematic and efficient manner. Brian informed me of what he was doing at all times, and frequently asked if I had any questions or additional concerns. He also showed me features about my windows that I had not known. Everything was done conscientiously and perfectly. The men cleaned up everything before leaving. In addition, Brian was able to give me the names of two other professionals who he knew could be of help with our home. I would not hesitate to use him again or to highly recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Brian, arrived around 8:30am (on time) & set up his equipment & we agreed to do an additional portion of my pool area at a very resonable price. My expectation after talking to Brian was that when he was finished, my roof would be clean of all soiling, mold and mildew. He assured me in our initial meeting thatmy roof was "not that bad" and that his process would work well to clean it. Upon completion, I asked why parts of the roof looked chalky and still showed soiling. His first response was that it was the Factory paint job. Then he said that his process removed all the mold and mildew but that what I was seeing could only be cleaned by a high pressure power wash, which he didn't recommend. I told him my expectation was that my roof would be clean and I didn't consider that he had met the expectation set our first meeting. He offerred nothing to remedy the situation.
I am dis-satisfied with the outcome of this job and I would not hire pro pressure cleaning to do work in the future unless they offerred a satisfactionguarantee on the job!

"Thank you for your feedback about our services for roof cleaning. We are sorry to hear about our customer’s response as being dis-satisfied and we hope that through this letter, clear any confusion, plus, hopefully satisfy our customer. On Good Friday April 6th we met with our customerto give a free estimate for roof cleaning. After our pleasure of meeting our customer and his wife, we noticed his roof had a fine layer of mold and mildew as it was evidenced by a dark coloration encasing his beige colored metal roof. At that time, we showed him numerous roof cleaning jobs through our picture catalog that displayed the removal of mold and mildew. We informed our customer that this was to be a mold and mildew removal system which doesn’t require “high pressure water treatment” but rather a 3 part mold treatment application which after treatment will be rinsed by garden hose. The cost was only $539 which was based on his square footage of his home. Furthermore, we also noticed mold and mildew on his gutters & soffits which we recommended be removed as the paint seems to wear away after mold grows and matures. It was also noted at some point our customer previously required gutter painting which in most cases is likely due to the mold deteriorated paint. After our customer saw our pictures and heard of our remedy he chose to schedule for cleaning. As we arrived at our scheduled time on April 30th , we began our roof cleaning treatment process. The job was satisfactory in our standards when the mold and mildew was washed away. About halfway through, he told us he could see the difference from where he stood from the ground and didn’t have any complaints, even his three neighbors stood by and were amazed, one even mentioned “how new the roof looked”. The concern which he observed was that after we finished there was a “Chalking” on the roof. This chalking resembles the light powdery substance that is due to a sun wizened paint, which most likely was the same issue presented on the gutters. This “chalking” cannot be removed by our chemical process for our process only removes mold and mildew. We sincerely apologized to our customer and noted his concern but we were not able to remove the chalk from the roof and did not advise “high pressurized water cleaning”. Our resolve in this case is to offer our customer an $89 credit for his inconvenience. Even though we placed all our efforts and succeeded to remove the mold and mildew plus added in some free work, we appreciate any and all feedback as we strive to satisfy all our customers. I liked the job he did. I liked Brian's attitude. He takes personal pride in his work and it really comes across in the first couple of minutes that I spent talking to him. He definitely knew what he was talking about. The price was very reasonable for what we were getting. I would absolutely use him again and I really did like his service. His catch phrase for his business is that you will fall in love with your home again and he definitely stands by making that happen.
