I fortunately did not have the same experience as some of the reviews on here. After interacting with Luke , some of the comments seem hard to believe. Luke gave me a fair price , was prompt and very informative. My existing driveway was suffering from years of exposure and large cracks.He did a remove and replace since it was beyond repair. I would recommend Luke/Premier asphalt, 100 times over based on my experience. Several neighbors stopped and Luke gained a few more clients after they saw mine and a couple of us spoke. I probably should of asked for an advertisement fee ð …. I will be getting a parking area built next and have no reason to call anyone else!!

Hired Luke to do it asphalt driveway at my residence. The last company that started my driveway that I now needed to expand was too busy to take on my work so I took a chance on Luke. Arrived for â very professional and sounded like an honest guy. After work started it was a complete train wreck. Do not hire this guy. He will scam you and take your money knowing he did a very bad job. What we were contracted for and what completed is the complete opposite. I had less than an inch of asphalt in most places. All of my asphalt crumbled underneath my camper. The second I drove it on it. He used wet Rhode base when he knew he shouldnâ t have used wet Rhode base and told me he shouldnâ t have used a wet road base. Luke also admitted the fact that the asphalt was not hot enough when he installed it and still went ahead with the install. He admitted that the company he gets asphalt and road base from his had very bad quality product recently and still use them. He cut corners to try and make a bunch of money on me. The slope from the front of my driveway to the back was over 2 feet. It should have been 4 inches. Luke refused to come rip his asphalt out and do the job correctly. I ended up hiring the company who installed my initial asphalt, they came and finish ripping out Lukeâ s trash and installed a proper driveway. When it comes to driveway installation, you need the right equipment and the right product. Luke has none of those. We went to arbitration and I was awarded money. And now Luke is not making good on the money that he was supposed to pay due to his contract and arbitration. Now will be going to Big Boy Court. I will gladly send pictures to anybody who would like to see or come by my residence and check out the project and how terrible it was.

Sad to say, Luke did our driveway. Initially did a great job-arrived as scheduled and everything looked good. He then came to seal the driveway as recommended, costs extra. No problem except, he didn't block off the driveway and Amazon pulled into the driveway the next day. It pitted the asphalt. I contacted him. He said he'd be by to fix it-we moved all our cars out of the driveway. He set the date based on the fact that he was going to my neighbors to finish the job he started over there. No show. I contact him and he claimed to have lost all his employees so he is having to do all the work himself. I get it, it happens. But then I touched base again and was told it's normal for asphalt to melt in the heat and that all his asphalt gets pitted. I asked him to reseal it and again I was told he didn't have staff. I explained that, if you don't have employees, it's still his job to make things right and stop taking new jobs until his old customers were taken care of. Haven't heard from him since but see he is advertising so apparently he is able to start new jobs but not correct his old jobs. Btw, he also did my neighbor's driveway and it is growing grass out of it. Sorry but you started off good and then went downhill. Sad to say I couldn't recommend you to anyone else. I'll give 2 stars because he did the job fine initially but then didn't follow through with the remainder of his task.

This guy Luke Likes is a liar. Hired him on May 18th 2024.To do a job, he said he would do on the 25th of May. He Did not show up and for 2 weeks. He gave me one excuse after the other, And then on June 11th, he brought 3 loads of road base and blocked my driveway for 10 days. later he finally spread it out so I could use the driveway took him another month to get by there to put the asphalt down, for 3 weeks he would not return my phone calls. He would not respond to my text messages or emails. So for 3 weeks he was just lost and would not respond to any communication. So the job I am hired for on the 18th of May finally got completed on the 22nd of July. This guy is totally Unreliable. Please Be Aware!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Their quality of work is so bad that my asphalt driveway won't last 2 years, as it is already breaking apart everywhere. I learned after-the-fact that they don't do all the step required for the asphalt to be of any quality (asphalt not hot enough, no water put down , depth of asphalt is 1/2" in many areas, rocks from underneath are showing thru on 1st day etc). This company is not licensed in Florida therefore can't pull a permit (from Chicago area and not legal to work in florida). Very angry also when you criticize their work, as I had the cops there when it was payment time because they were saying horrible things. They are cheaper for a reason ....DON'T USE THEM.

The work that is done is top tier. Improved ease of access to facilitate driving to and around my property. Highly professional, honest, and efficient.

If you want a quality driveway, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Luke, you know what I'm going to say! It took a long time until they came to do the work (although they could do it in one day). I made the mistake of paying half the money in August. According to the contract the driveway was supposed to be finished mid-september. They came after 2 months and excavated a little, only to see that they start working and that I have a mess in the yard. I then after I told them that I want my money back to no avail. They came at the beginning of January. They finished the work in a few hours, it seemed to look good. I saw traces and scratches in the asphalt but I thought it was sand and it would be removed. It wasn't sand, it was the cement they scraped from the already existing alley. After 3 days it rained and then I saw that the driveway is not even and there are areas where puddles remain. I don't think this is good. I sent you pictures by email, Luke, and asked you how to fix those pits where the water collects. I was told that it was "normal". Now im also starting to notice dips in the asphalt from where the cars are parked. So if you want a quality driveway, without pits and gouges where water collects, it's better to save some more money and contact a real company. Disappointing.

Poor quality of finished work. Very sloppy with excess debris and damage to surrounding yard. Would never use again. Only positive they were cheapest.

Luke, simply delivered as promised. Answers promptly. Just a nice young man that works well. A good kid. Deserves to flourish and prosper.

They were on time. Cleaned up after the job. Nice work ethic and I would hire these young men in a heart beat.

Competitive pricing, professional work, Had a 500 SQ ft asphalt pad installed ahead of schedule. Premier did a great job with the installation. Will use them again.

Gave a bad review first but since then the owner Luke came back out and made our driveway what we paid for and excepted. Very polite and did a great job in the end. So happy he stood behind his business and made it right.

Did what I expected and price was under my budget. Very satisfied!

I wasn't home for the majority of the project so I can't give them 5 stars that way there's always room for improvement.

Leave trash from chip asphalt.

Luke and his crew were very professional and did a great job. He knew exactly what we needed and got the job done in a timely manner. Very reasonable prices as well. Definitely recommend supporting a local business and will use this company again.
