We contacted him prior to the closing at our new home and he said just call him when all the
paperwork was done.  He came over that afternoon and changed most of the
locks and rekeyed others.  Excellent work - work very timely and
professional.  Would definitely recommend and use again.  Price reasonable.

Steve with Preferred Locksmith showed up on time with a smile and a great attitude. He is a real and quot;lockand quot; guy and encountered locks of different types, including one pre-WWII lock! He changed all cylinders or locks as needed, and gave me new keys. One lock was unique and he did not have the part, so his associate delivered the part to him to complete the job. I was very pleased with his service, and would definitely recommend Preferred Locksmith to anyone.

I originally called Gary for some information and he was very informative about the products to get and the ones to stay away from. After purchasing the locks, Gary installed a front door handle and lock on the main door as well as 5 other house entry doors which all needed to be changed due to a recent move out. He was very polite and informative.

They arrived on time, quoted me a price, and installed a new dead bolt lock. Also rekeyed my other locks. The only sticking point was a question I had on the previous work done by another technican, which we came to an understanding after a conversation with their office.

I would recommend Preferred. My wife and I occasionally purchase properties with the intent of fixing them up, and we frequently use a locksmith. Preferred is fairly priced for the area and they are punctual and professional. Preferred is the only locksmith we use.

He performed the services requested on time, as described, for an agreed-upon price, and was a pleasure to deal with, too! He really seemed to enjoy his job and explained everything thoroughly.

He took the key locks out and replaced them with a cyber keys. He also secured our sliding glass doors. It was done effeciently. Gary is extremely knowledgeable, wonderful to work with.
