Back in 2013,I was at odds with this company,all issues were resolved and I am happy that they are again taking care of my car!! Their manager Mark was especially helpful in explaining the work my car needed. Travis was also very helpful and attentive!! I would recommend them to anyone who cares about quality work.

ingAfter getting car back after service,went for a drive,we were quite a few miles away from home when gasoline fumes began to pour into cabin,my husband and I started to choke on fumes,I have oxygen in my car and we needed to get this car home and get out of it.In garage at home my husband told me to get in house right away,(I am not a well person,fighting lung cancer and copd)  My husband saw that gasoline was pouring out from under car,it was a full tank pouring all over garage and down driveway,both garage floor and driveway were ruined,gas took off all the paint. The more serious complaint is the fact that they neglected to reattach gasoline lines after servicing car, the car could have exploded,especially with oxygen in car!! Soon after my husband became ill with clot in lung,had to be hospitalized,shortly after I came down with pleurisy,we were advised to see a lawyer,we did and it took until this year to get any results,the case ended up being no case,Nick Nicolas paid just to have garage and driveway repaired. This repair should start this month or next,as soon as contractor can set a date. We never really even got a real apology for their neglect that could have had more serious consequences. We were lucky!!
This incident was pretty scary to say the least.

I purchased a 2014 Escape at the end of May. From the beginning, it has been a rocky road with this dealership. My sales experience was terrible, the finance manager misleading, and the service department employees incompetent and rude. In just a few short months of ownership, the vehicle has been in service for nearly 30 days. Despite all of that time, the dealer is incapable of fixing the big problems and managed to create new ones. They have replaced far too many parts without correcting the problems. With the exception of the Service Manager, I have been treated like my concerns are fictitious and not safety related, even though they stem from my front-end and steering wheel assembly; perhaps it is because I am female and *couldn't possibly understand how cars work* but want to believe they treat everyone this poorly.
I would never recommend Nick Nicholas Ford to anyone. They sell an inferior product that they cannot service and do not value customers' opinion nor safety.

They have fixed a problem with my locks, an issue with my tire. They always get everything fixed very quickly. They also installed the rain shields for me as well. They are always very professional as well.

He is outstanding. They were very prompt, up front and honest. They do good, excellent work. 

I've been going there for years and they do check-ups, oil changes, and anything that needs to be done. They're always helpful and you don't feel like you've been gouged. They just take good care of you. They also have a plan where you earn points and you could spend them however you want. The points are dollars and right now I have $28, so if I want to use it for an oil change I can or let it grow and use it on something bigger. I can't tell you exactly how you earn it, but it has added up for me and I've used it. Their prices are very fair and I will be going back to them probably in a month or so.

They were courteous, personable and they do great work. They had the work completed in five days.

We found them to be competent and honest. Some car people can take anyone for a ride. We always had a great service. They were available and did a good job. The price is competitive.

They repaired a dent on the bumper. The reason that I used them was because my insurance company steered me there. They don't deserve a lousy rating; they are just average. They did the job professionally and well. Their pricing was right on with two other estimates I got. Their quality and work was good but their punctuality was terrible.
