I called on Monday and they had a opening on Tuesday to replace the hot water heater. Told me they would be out between 10 and 12. Tom called about 8 am. to see if he could look over the job and make sure he had the right parts as he was on the way to another job. He stopped by and checked things out and said he would be back when he was done with his first job. Tom called around 11 said he will be there and in a few minutes. Tom replaced the water heater and fixed the faucet. He did a great job rebuilding a 30 year old faucet that was dripping for some time. The single handle faucet hadn't been apart in years. He took it apart very carefully so I wouldn't have to replace the valve, that would have been expensive. All work was done quickly and professionally. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

Their work has been excellent on all of these installations. Prompt, clean, efficient, clean up work area after completion. I would readily call them for any other plumbing needs.

Originally we planned to replace the old gas water heater with a new gas water heater, but when the technician measured the room where the water heater is located (before we purchased a new unit), he determined that the space was too small and that the building code would not allow us to install another gas water heater.  Based on that the sales staff helped us to select a good electric water heater.  On the day of installation there was a problem draining the water out of our old water heater due to build-up in the bottom of the tank, and the two technicians spent almost and hour getting it to drain so it could be removed from the house. After that was done they did a great job capping the old gas line and vent pipe, and installing the new electric water heater.  We were very pleased with the entire job.
