I have known the gentleman, he is an individual contractor and I have known him for about 10 years. I use him for my rental properties as well as my home. It's been excellent. The professionalism, holds down the cost and only does work that is necessary. They clean up after themselves.

He does the ongoing maintenance only when I call him. For my residence, it's in the spring and the fall. I have used the provider in the past and I will use him in the future because he does a good job for not only my residence, but my rental properties.

It has been extremely hot this summer and they were complaining that the thermostat does not correspond with the temperature that they were having in the house. He had to go out and do some services. I have service going on because I have rental properties and he takes care of my rental properties as well as my home. He is very responsive when I call him. He will respond to either servicing that day or immediately when he can get to it, perhaps the next day. But, usually he will try to go out and check on the issue that same day. I use him all the time.
